Unbelievable- doesn't open on time & the machines don't work properly to print label but takes your money - a great govt operation here - less than one star rating if allowed on yelp

What can I say, its a post office. However, this location has to be one of the better ones I have experienced as it is filled with friendly and helpful staff. I have been here a few times and have had no problems. Like any location you have your days and times where it is busy and there is a line but that is typical. However, I will say that the staff truly gives attention to each customer. I sold something on amazon and had to ship the package media mail. Why heck I never used media mail before and the kind staff person explained it throughly and made mailing this package extremely simple. All in all this location has great customer service and very helpful staff. Never had a problem and will continue to use this post office when in the Germantown area.

Not the best post office. Employees are in no hurry, and the place is understaffed. Sometimes, both automated postage centers work at the same time! Christmastime is not terrible, and they are staffed a little better to accommodate holiday shippers. There's a man who works here and is funny, he will give you a devil-may-care attitude, depending on your personal patience and facial expressions. I wish they had more space to work with out front, for addressing and stamping things.

Rude passport staff. Package staff is beyond nice. Was really disappointed in how I was treated by passport woman.

November 8, 2022 this will be an update or review I believe since my last one but what I will say…read moreis there have been some visible improvements definitely recommend anyone that is pressed for time if you have your package with your label on it the scanner code sealed ready to go arriving at the post office already with your package sealed label and all of that great stuff then you can go immediately to the cash and get it to scan your label or if you don't have a scanner for the label you just have numbers then you type in those numbers in the cash it's gonna ask you several questions one being is the item liquid if it is then you have to press the ass knickers of course if it's a no then you press no is going to ask you are you shipping like anything with a liquid that's like the major first question is very detail and it breaks down what they consider what liquid is so make sure you read through that you know if you're mailing something that that you abide by that particular question to just check in review that But the kiosk is the saving grace that line is usually always super long and you never know when you're gonna walk in if it's gonna be three clerks 21 or one handling maybe like appointments only and then the other one happening packages only which makes the line super long so even if you see two people they could be doing two different things one could be just you know checking out people for packages stamps and etc. but another person is there just for appointments only for people to get like their ID passport things of that nature cell if you are already you know coming to the post office and you have your packaging you're prepared that chaos is your saving grace again just monitor the questions select accordingly and wait for to ask you would you like a receipt now you don't have to opt for a paper receipt you can opt for email you can also offer a paper receipt and an email that way if you're tracking the package you have both of those avenues available to your whatever you need*

If I had the option, I wouldn't give ANY stars after Saturday's interaction (or lack thereof) with…read morethis Olive Branch, MS. Post Office! I understand that they couldn't send out their carriers with the ice/snow on our streets this past week - and I don't have a problem with that. But the lack of communication, miscommunication, and failure to have the window open during the posted hours is irreprehensible, rude, and irresponsible. When I arrived at 11:50 AM, Saturday, January 31, 2026, the service window was closed, even though the posted Saturday hours was listed as 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. There was 6 people in line in front of the service door and they informed me that they were trying to pick up their mail/packages as well. The lady at the front of the line (and 1 of the other gentlemen in line) informed the rest of us that they had called ahead and were told that as long as they arrived prior to 4:00 PM and had identification that showed their Olive Branch address they could retrieve their mail/packages. The lady at the front of the line would occasionally knock on the door and ring the buzzer on an alternating basis trying to get one of the ladies in the back (that we COULD SEE AND HEAR through the mail slots) to come to the door and allow us to receive our mail/packages or let us know how to go about doing so (or when). After approximately 15 to 30 minutes of knocking on the door, ringing the buzzer, and pleading with the staff through the mail slots, one of the ladies finally come to the door and spoke to the woman at the front of the line basically telling her that she didn't have the authority to hand out mail to us. The lady at the front of the line informed her that she had called ahead and were told that as long as they arrived prior to 4:00 PM and had identification that showed their Olive Branch address they could retrieve their mail/packages. The USPS employee then told her she would have to check with a supervisor on the matter and that she would come back to let us know - in the 45+ minutes that I was in line she never returned to the door to do so, even though after about 10 minutes we resumed knocking on the door, ringing the buzzer, and pleading with the staff through the mail slots. No further communication from anyone in the back and no sign hung on the door or window stating whether or not we had any options. While I was there, we had people leave and others join us in line for the same reason - to pick up our mail/packages, but we never had less than 4 waiting in line. If any of the USPS employees had come out and talked to us or hung up a sign on the door stating they were currently unable to retrieve any mail or packages at that time (and if the person or persons that had been called earlier told customers the same message), I think all of us would have gone on about our day and followed up on this on Monday. Some of us might not have liked it (especially those that had called ahead and been told to come on in), but I think we would have understood and moved on instead of standing around wasting our time. Very unprofessional in my humble opinion.
