Everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need. Our company also holds our meetings here and the set up has a professional feel to it, and you have all the amenities you need for your meetings and presentations. Other benefits, you can check your mail at anytime. With other virtual offices I only had access during regular business hours. Also you can have meetings on the weekends vs just the weekdays. If you are going to choose this office even within the "Intelligent Office" brand then this is the location to go.

Considering my landlord and I don't really get along that well and is 76 years old and has a hard time coming to the door, she gets upset every time she has to come to the door due to it ringing for her to collect a package that she now has to hold onto to give to me. Our work hours force me to come home very late and sometimes I don't get my packages for days from her. This is why I specifically note to deliver to the back door. But once again, my package was delivered to the front stoop with only two weeks left till Christmas when package theft is at its highest. If the package is left in the back, no one sees it... When left on the front stoop because my landlord won't take packages anymore, it is free-for-all to steal. I don't understand what else I need to do to rectify this.

In NYS it's illegal to charge more than $2 to notarize a document unless it's a remote notary (which is not what this was). I mentioned to her that I was also a notary & knew the laws & regulations, so instead of doing the right thing & accepting my $2 payment, she ripped up the document, so now I have to go back home and reprint the document in hopes of finding someone today to sign it. This nonsense that she replies with on her Google & Yelp reviews about this being a service or convenience fee -- you can't charge an additional fee on a notary service! "A notary public may charge a fee of $2.00 for administering an oath or affirmation or for taking an acknowledgment or proof of execution. UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY LAW, A NOTARIAL FEE MAY NOT EXCEED THIS AMOUNT." Every lawyer I've spoken to has conquered that is 100% illegal to charge additional fees. I get it, running a business is expensive and it can take years to actually turn a profit. But that's just part of owning a business. I have reported this person to the NYS department of licensing services and the Secretary of State. I also spoke to the library director who said she had no idea and will tell her staff to stop recommending this business. Being a notary is a public service and we agree to abide by certain rules & regulations. To take advantage of that role for monetary purposes is morally wrong.
