I have been coming to this location for years not only for returns but also all my printing needs…read morefor my small business. First, honorable mentions: there used to be Miguel and Kathy and they were both phenomenal human beings in their own way. Truly felt like they were there to help you and in a patient, yet efficient way. Fast forward to present day: I had some issues with my purchase/return and Jason, Jaleesa, and Brian (I believe he moved locations by now) were so amazing. They went above and beyond to brainstorm and figure out a solution for me. This saved me tremendous time as I had small children to shlep around. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly to boot! I hope wherever they end up, they will be recognized for each their continued hard work! The store is clean, bright, and tidy, and signs are visible and easy to understand. Parking is ample, however please do drive slow, patiently, and carefully as many older folk drive through to go food shopping in the shopping center.

The employee watched me and refused to assist me . I told him I just wanted my number off and I was unsure of why they needed my number there. He proceeded to roll his eyes and wait instead of explaining things. When the label printed out he legit said OUT LOUD to be sarcastic " your number is on here ..proceeded to say my name and phone number" with a grin on his face. Please train your employees on customer service and tell them its okay to quit..no one is begging them to be employed.

Do not go here for notary services! I went here on recommendation of the Valley Stream Library…read more She wanted to charge me $10 to have a document signed. In NYS it's illegal to charge more than $2 to notarize a document unless it's a remote notary (which is not what this was). I mentioned to her that I was also a notary & knew the laws & regulations, so instead of doing the right thing & accepting my $2 payment, she ripped up the document, so now I have to go back home and reprint the document in hopes of finding someone today to sign it. This nonsense that she replies with on her Google & Yelp reviews about this being a service or convenience fee -- you can't charge an additional fee on a notary service! "A notary public may charge a fee of $2.00 for administering an oath or affirmation or for taking an acknowledgment or proof of execution. UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY LAW, A NOTARIAL FEE MAY NOT EXCEED THIS AMOUNT." Every lawyer I've spoken to has conquered that is 100% illegal to charge additional fees. I get it, running a business is expensive and it can take years to actually turn a profit. But that's just part of owning a business. I have reported this person to the NYS department of licensing services and the Secretary of State. I also spoke to the library director who said she had no idea and will tell her staff to stop recommending this business. Being a notary is a public service and we agree to abide by certain rules & regulations. To take advantage of that role for monetary purposes is morally wrong.

Customer service and professionalism definitely needed at this location. The worst attitudes and…read moreside remarks not necessary. First of all if you're going to be upset people are coming into the establishment, lock the door, or get another job.
