This is the USPS location I frequent the most often. The parking lot is easy to navigate and has many spaces. The main entrance leads you to the automated booth which I use at times with relative ease. There is also a drop box inside if you are simply dropping off letters or packages. To the left of the entrance are the PO boxes which you can access 24/7. To the right is where the employees are during service hours. They are typically very helpful for any questions I have although if there is a line it can move quite slow. Usually there are one to two employees handling the line at a time. The interior is clean and by in large you'll get your packages on their way it's just a matter of patience as it can take a while if you need assistance. read more

The people are nice but Twice my Birthday card sent but was not ever received. Someone is taking cards in colored envelopes. 3 months apart

Went for a passport photo & an old, skinny woman with long, dark hair was extremely rude & abusive. Nobody was even there but she immediately starts demanding to know what you want but cutting you off saying she knows more than you do. She screamed at me when I smiled for the photo. Everything she did was nasty & uncalled for. Location is nice but a machine would be better. read more

I was at this location to mail a parcel. The person at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. When asked if she has any cusomer service experience or skills, she said I should be gratefull "she is offering me a service!". Spoke with her manager, who did not seem to be surprised of her behaviour. Not sure how the place is still open a running a business with such employees. Very disapointing. read more

A great place! Friendly staff and I didn't feel like a second class citizen. I definitely will be back. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. Here they factored in postage on the envelope to calculate what postage you owe. That is awesome because why pay double. A large parking lot that can fit most size vehicles. FYI, buy the forever stamps. Costs will keep going up. read more

I visited the Jensen Beach Post Office to submit a Forwarding Change of Address on 5/14/2024 at 11:50 am. The only employee there was a miserable older woman, apparently a disgruntled postal worker, and not very bright. I gave her my NYS license for ID. She said the address did not match... in a hostile manner. I advised her that the updated, correct address was written on the back of the license PER NYS LAW. She said, "Don't talk to me like that". I replied that that is valid. The Battle Axe again said not to talk to her like that and refused to accept the address change. I've had many interactions with other postal employees, and she is the worst. read more

I have been going to this post office for 27 years. The service is always fast, friendly, and FUN! I know most of the employees by name and always feel happy to see them. I have never seen anyone sick working here in all 27 years. I think their manager probably ensures the safety of all by giving them sick days. I do encourage sick people (or those afraid of getting sick) to stay home. read more

There's issues with postal delivery where I live but from what I understand it is not due to the mail carrier so I'll update there's review because They really went out of their way to assist me with finding a package in on where to pick it up when it could not be delivered properly keep it up read more

Needed a 6" piece of tape to close up a small package I was returning. I'm traveling and didn't have the tape. Would not help me out and was rude when I left. Went down the road to US post office in Sturt and they taped it up and off the package went. read more

These people encourage people to not wear masks! They have no concern for the pandemic. When mask policy is brought up they become very rude
