Given the time constraints of an honored lunch break , there was no easier choice to make than visiting United States Postal Service office right there on base. I was helped by Tammy who was great. As it turns out the address that I had originally received didn't quite lineup instead of rushing me through or anything. She was kind enough to help explain the possible reason. Treating me like a guest and not trying to rush me out the door is what Earn's this place it's fifth star. Can you take personal care of the folks you are helping that makes the world of a difference. Tammy did a great job and thanks to her efforts. I was able to verify with the recipient of the package the address which they had gotten mixed up. Not only was she kind but she did a fantastic job at packing my box and using all the packing supplies needed to cushion it. I'm also happy to report that the box I sent arrived damage free, not one item was busted, broken or missing:) and I mailed numerous snacks to include potato chips and a digital photo frame. (Like how do you cushion potato chips? LOL but she did!) For that, I give Stop n Mail a 5 star review for the friendly first class service!

The second dress, they only took in one side. So I can't even wear the dress......at all. 3. And the kicker. They charged me $92. $92 dollars for a very simple alteration. This wasn't even hard or complicated in the slightest. I'm reading everyone elses alteration stories. They were at least charged a reasonable rate. $92? That is so far beyond ridiculous. The dresses were clearance rack and cost $24. And he charged $92 to alter. That man is insane. Thread hasn't gone up that much. Next stop.....Better Business Bureau to file a claim with photos.

The lady working skinny lady grey hair rude pushy as can be, I'm only one person doing this much laundry I was going as fast as I could. It wasn't like I was sitting on my butt waiting. She was mad because I wasn't moving fast enough moving the laundry. Then as I'm moving laundry out to my car I had slit of laundry so of course I was using the carts. She walks by with her rude comments I'm using to many carts. Mean wile no one was needing carts and there was 5 empty carts not being used. The place itself was cool because it had ample parking outside and was easy to navigate once inside. Generally speaking, it's your typical laundromat and the machines were clean, which is a huge deal for me because you never want to wash your clothes in a place where a washer feels like it isn't exactly hygienic : it tends to happen Tip: if you're load of laundry, exceeds the space of the smaller washer do yourself a favor in spring for the medium size because you need room for your clothes to actually move around. Does you know good to pack your clothes like a can of sardines and then wonder why it isn't washed correctly. Fortunately, this place had varied sizes of both washers and dryers so I was able to add the appropriate detergent and detail details to get the job done . I'm also a fan of folding clothes immediately so there was a nice space for me to knock that out as well.
