I have been going to this store for several years and the service has also been excellent until yesterday morning on 1/12/2026 at 11:00am. I had several packages that I wanted to send off. When I entered the store there was no one waiting. There was a young lady arguing with what appeared to be her ex partner and and issue with her children being dropped off at daycare. I waited until she came to the counter. I told her she was sorry she was having a bad morning. She began to tell the other people behind me to do the self service kiosk and was quite rude. I told her it was not their fault that she was in having a bad morning. She then told me to go to go to the kiosk as she quit and that they never staff adequately. All I wanted was a receipt that the items I had (large boxes) were sent. I am handicapped and it was an effort moving the boxes. I tried to find out who the owner are to place my discontent, but I couldn't find the information. I just wanted you to know. We all have bad days and bad news, but we don't have to take it out on customers. Thanks for listening and maybe this employee just need some redirection or training. read more

I had 5 items to return to Amazon, one had sat in my truck for so long I had less than 24 hours left to return or I was out of luck. It sat so long because I dreaded dealing with "ol Crusty ' the clerk with such a healthy disdain for Amazon his mood stuck to me like cigarette smoke when I left.. I dreaded coming in to UPS store, and had considered finding another location. Imagine my surprise at finding Rick the most friendly helpful and efficient clerk ever! He was happy to help even if it took a min to find the bar code on the phone for him to scan, reminding to tape boxes with out being a jerk and directing labels bound for staples or the postal service also with a smile! read more

Wouldn't give me one small piece of tape for a Box, I ran out and it was just a small area that needed to be covered. Honestly even the reply from the manager is a JOKE. His GUARANTEE that I was offered protection is total BS. He didn't do the transaction and wasnt present when my transaction was done. When my box was taken the clerk seemed flustered. I was standing in a line and what appeared to be only one person working. Honestly I dont beleive my package ever left the store. I went in here with a Spectrum Box, I was informed to take it there by Spectrum. I walk in as the only customer and the man informs me they don't handle Spectrum before Noon (at 11:00); in an anxiety ridden uptight manner. He told me to wait and he would "Try to fit me in" as a second customer walked in a few seconds behind me. He then assisted Customer #2 with packaging his large Freight, then he once again informed me that because of Man-Power he can't handle Spectrum "In Addition to" his other responsibilities, which caused me to show some irritation; he again said "I will try so hang on" in an agitated manner. Then after assisting the second Customer he took the Spectrum Box from me, processed it, and handed me the receipt with Tracking Number in 60 Seconds TOPS! I even said "That's it?", I was so shocked that he made such a fuss about something that took him such little time to accomplish. He could have executed the Task completely before the second Customer even got to the counter! Grant it, the packaging still needed to be done but it's a Spectrum Box! It has their name stamped right on it, he wouldn't have set it down and then forgot "what was I supposed to do with this?" He was just obnoxious! I had a box here when I worked and dealt with them often years back, they were always polite and professional, but this guy just rubbed me the wrong way! read more

One star is way too high if a rating for this store. The owner or manager who waited on me is extremely rude and gruff. He clearly does not appreciate his customers. I went in here with a family member shipping back 5 Amazon packages the person who helped my family member was a little rude at first because he said that Amazon was the least of his worries because it the Christmas season but it was fine and we left. My family member realizes about and hour later that they didn't give them a receipt so we went back just in case she needed to prove she shipped their packages back so we went back and the other person helped us and they were in a bad mood because the person that helped us before was being rude to his worker. We went back to the store for the receipt and the other person helped us and said that my family member had "already left the store so they can't get her a receipt" my family member said "well he didn't give me a receipt" pointing to the person who helped us before so he comes over and says "Ma'am you left the store to quickly so we didn't give you a receipt it's your responsibility to ask for the receipt" my family member said "I've never had to ask for a receipt they usually just give it to me" the guy said "well it's your responsibility" then he starts going through the trash to find it and says "don't worry will find your receipt for you Amazon package" in snarky way. Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I would drive 10 miles out of my way to go to another UPS store. This place needs a new manager/owner or whoever is responsible for this store. I will never go there again. Plus he refuses to answer the phone. When I asked if they ever answer the phone his response...."Not when I am busy". I have never seen more than 2 or 3 people in the store at one time. FedEx may be more expensive but at least the service is good. USPS is even better, matter of fact MUCH better. Thankful that UPS is losing the Amazon account. Local Business Customer Service: "My way of getting service"? What an asinine comment. Look at the reviews of those who also left comments. I was the only person in there. I was told the Amazon scanners were "down", twice, 5 hours apart. When I went to the Malabar UPS store they said the UPS scanners had never been down all day. I made two trips for nothing. I will never go there again. Nice try to place the blame for your poor customer service on me. Not only did I have a problem with a return the behavior of the man behind the counter is rude. He also said he could not wait until he no longer had to take Amazon returns and that they would have to go to a locker somewhere on Malabar Road. If the store is too busy for one man or woman to run correctly hire someone. The whole of Palm Bay knows now that your store is the last place to go and expect adequate service. They botched up the return and did not notify Cricket I had returned so a week later I am without a phone. I have seldom had such rude treatment by an employee of a business. I had a shopping bag of AT&T items to return via UPS, per AT&T's instructions. When I walked in, the employees at the counter were helping others, so I waited. A few minutes after I walked in, a couple carrying a big stack of Dish network boxes walked in behind me. As a customer finished at the counter, I walked up and placed my bag on the counter. The young male employee looked around and said, not even having the courtesy to make eye contact with me, "Your items will take 5 - 10 minutes, these others will only take a minute so I'm going to take them." The customers behind me moved up for service, and I took my bag and walked out. That was not an appropriate way to treat a customer who had waited appropriately for service. If an employee feels it is that important to take someone else who came after that customer, the appropriate thing is to LOOK AT AND SPEAK TO the customer and ask, "Would you mind if...." or "Since this is a much shorter service, may I ...." Since AT&T directs me to use UPS, I will but it will be a different store and only because that is what is required. Even the USPS is more professional these days than THIS treatment. Otherwise I will avoid UPS altogether. UPDATE: 1/13/15: Because the manager Mr. Patel called me and apologized and offered a future 15% discount, I have changed my review from the lowest possible to medium and will give them another try.
