Once I get here I ask the postal worker about it and he rudely stated stand at the door and I asked him which door he pointed to the side door. I have been standing here for the past hour. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's known that scanning packages and not delivering is an issue within the usps. Just help people when they come to inquire about something they've paid for and now don't have it because it wasn't delivered. My money is gone! Which I hope the business will help me or I'll have to purchase another.

Warning: The parking lot is one way. You pull in from the north and out from the south. There's two lanes exiting so that those just dropping off letters can throw them in the posted mailbox to their left. There's always tons of parking. They always have a nice variety of stamps. And the rest is pretty standard to your average, small post office.

I can have a lot of grace and patience especially for newer staff members who may not have the muscle memory for the job just yet, but I came in this last week, waited in line a bit, and was greeted and served by a newer team member. I came with a few art pieces (none bigger than 9x12 in size) I needed packaged and shipped to 2 different addresses. We sat in there a good 45 min waiting, watching the whole time, she struggled to pack them correctly and something in me knew I should have triple checked if the packing slips ended up with the correct boxes but I decided to trust her. Side note: One of those packages was going to a dear friend who just had a huge loss in her life and the piece I was commissioned to do was to commemorate them at the funeral. I gave myself enough time to ship it out so it arrived on time. I left after waiting a long while to finish up everything and got my tracking numbers. The first package arrived when it said it was going to (the one for the funeral) and she opened it and told me it was the wrong piece. I immediately called the store and Kim was very helpful in getting me new shipping labels to then send to each person and get them to resend each package. Very thankful for her help. I was informed that my inconvenience was noted and that a manager will reach out and follow up. It's been a few days and still haven't heard anything. I can have grace for the new trainee but this is when the importance of what's shipping comes into play, you never know as a customer service rep what's super important and what's not. This particular commission getting there late affects my business and makes me look bad for not getting it there on time. This person paid good money to receive this piece on time and was very disappointed. All of that being said, I will keep coming back, I won't let this deter me from support a local business but I share this experience more for the team. I know things happen and I'm really understanding, it just affected my business in a way that may make me reconsider if I should use their packing services and just package my pieces myself. I have had tons of issues since my long time mail lady left my route about a year ago and I started getting these short term people that are constantly rotating routes. Even off of holiday season we were getting our mail at 8-9 PM and that is beyond ridiculous! Not just because of the time, but to be working them so late when I know they are getting to work at or before 6 am six days a week to have to sort their own mail before they go out to deliver it. I have personally dealt with this "post master Ms Icy" (however she spells it) an couple times and she is nothing but a problem who thinks we all owe her something as if she is freaking entitled! She has to be a DEI hire because she surely wasn't hired above anyone else based of the skill she brings to the table! DEI or a job hookup is the ONLY way she is where she's at! I do a lot of shipping, no kidding, I'm at the post office at LEAST 4 times a week, so going to other places out in town was adding up, and we all want to ship for the best price possible. I mean shipping is super expensive, right? So the USPS does win when shipping domestically. And as long as it's under a certain size. I am able to go during the day when it's not super crowded, and I am always glad when I get Chucks window. He's friendly, pleasant to talk to, SUPER SPEEDY (FTW!) and always ask how my business is going, or how my son is doing if he's not with me. I appreciate his friendly banter and good attitude. Everyone else I've had the opportunity to deal with there is also pleasant. Unlike the other post office in town. This is the only post open on Saturday and it happens to be between 10 - 1PM. There is street parking and a private lot. Oh,and the Passport office is in the same building.
