I have been frustrated with the post office for a while. I have been waiting on a mail key for my condo for almost 8 months. Every time I go in and ask the answer is "the person making keys is not making them". One time I was waiting to talk to a manager and they never came out. The lady at the desk that day was nice and tried to be helpful I could tell she was stressed. I have experienced 2 nice desk ladies at this location. The others seem to be irritated right when you walk up with a simple question (Victoria). Giving this USPS 5 stars, nothing at all to complain about after my visit today. Would really prefer taking time to write positive reviews rather than negatives. Window clerks Victoria and Shaun were both great - had to leave the counter to prepare something and come back so I dealt with two people. Both pleasant and helpful - Victoria especially was great!! Same as older reviews, I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to come to this location and have a good experience (rather than one-and-done visit to Spalding Drive where there was a long line and I saw it was not only me who had the experience of feeling like we were interrupting the man's day to make him do his job and maintain a civil or neutral attitude ...) Post office either steals packages or due to sloppy work gives them to other people. I am now out of money because of a package that this post offices claims to have delivered to a parcel locker and the package was not in either parcel locker that I was given keys to. read more

Absolute worst post office I've encountered. They are the least helpful and will not answer the phone under any circumstance. The drivers will skip deliveries at houses whenever they choose to and withhold packages for unknown reasons, later labeling as a "customer request," forcing you to pick up your mail at the office. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. maybe I can. Don't know. Had a package to deliver on 2/14, never came, said delivery failed and they'd try again on 2/15. Nothing. Went to the post office on 2/16, clerk was snippy, maybe having a bad day. I spend the next FOUR hours on the phone with the customer service line, and 2 of those hours waiting to speak to some guy in the building. He forgot about me and came out after the first hour. NOBODY can tell me where my package is, but I know the post office had it last. No one in the building cares enough to do their job, or a good one at that. Staff is incompetent and oblivious. The staff doesn't have answers to any questions about mail and are consistently rude, treating customers poorly. USPS is the worst organization ran by the US Govt. These people simply DO NOT care about your package or the time spent waiting on it. USPS will also figure out ways of not paying out insurance claims even if USPS loses or destroys your package. They also do not respond to phone calls. I took my burnt mail to this office. Clerk stated they already know the machine scorched my mail. If so, a stamped label should of been affixed before delivering stating the issue. If I could give our postman a zero I would. Besides the normal mail mishaps...he is extremely rude and combative. For years, this usps worker has done things most people wouldn't believe (ie-repeatedly peeing on our neighborhood sidewalks, fighting with neighbors when they tell him he's not allowed on the property, washing his mail truck in the neighborhood parking lot....etc). We've asked him so many times to stop urinating on our property...we finally filed a report with the local office. For the last four months since the previous mail carrier has retired and Shannon has taken over I have stopped receiving my mail. This has resulted in a ton of lost revenue and a whole host of issues for my business. After numerous inquiries and researching the issues on my own I've learned that the carrier Shannon is not delivering my mail to my suite number but is just dumping it at the UPS store. So my mail is getting returned as undeliverable because she's just leaving it places. I received a call from the supervisor Ms. Herndan about my issue. How this woman can work in any managerial role is beyond me. She was incredibly hostile, rude, and unprofessional. She clearly did not look in to the issue at all, and was angry that I was "accusing her carrier." She initially refused to give me her name and then talked badly about me with the carrier in the background when I insisted. I had a lost package that was delivered to the wrong address at fault of the delivery driver (not the sender - which is who USPS initially blamed). The first woman I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and WONDERFUL in assisting me to resolve my issue. She called me back and explained where the package was, and I had to drive myself to the address and ask the resident to check their mailbox and hand over my package. Luckily, the resident was home and willing to check their mail. When I called back to close the loop with this USPS office, I spoke to a different woman who was very condescending and rude. I flagged that the sender had paid almost $30 to have a signature upon delivery, and asked if she was subject to reimbursement since none of that happened. The woman stated no, as it was an error on behalf of her driver. I do understand that errors happen, and I completely respect and acknowledge our delivery team's efforts and workload (especially during the holidays). HOWEVER, I found that the specific team member I spoke to on the phone when closing the loop had no regard for simple customer service, and while I understand the sender might not be entitled to reimbursement she could have at least apologized. It is a very stressful time for all, and kindness goes a long way. read more

I agree with the comments saying the workers here are very condescending when addressing issues. The one African American guy there who's been there for years is the only one that is helpful. I had a complaint regarding my postman refusing to deliver any mail to my mailbox because one person in my household had their mail forwarded. I asked to speak to supervisor and got two different people . I eventually found out the supervisors at the counter are not the supervisors for the letter carriers out in the field. So that explained why I witnessed my post man being very rude to the so called supervisor when she spoke to him on my behalf . read more

My mail is CONSISTENTLY delivered to the wrong address/house. I've had neighbors and others leave wrongly delivered mail in my mailbox & front door. I like this post office because it is somewhat off the beaten path, it's on my way to work, and it's never crowded. The staff is friendly, there is a huge parking lot (but it's never super busy), they have the do it yourself mailing station, and there is never a huge line! I am always in and out of this place in less than 5 minutes! Shhh...don't tell everyone about it though because I don't want a super long line developing! read more

When calling about receiving other people's mail they could of cared less. When mentioning late deliveries (several days later of original day of supposed delivery) again no concern. Agree with all previous comments! I go there regularly because this is my closest USPS, the employees are impatient and inefficient. At least 2 of the employees had given me the "are you stupid look" when I asked questions (OK, I will ask Google or Alexa next time b4 I go :p). Agree this place should be a 0. Don't go here unless you have an extra hour and that is only if 5 people are in line. Often workers go to back and don't return for 10,20 or more minutes. I could process a package faster with no training. Do my tax dollars pay their salary? We should all start using UPS or FedEx for packages. There is one worker here who has been here for at least ten years and he is great. Unfortunately the way things panned out, I didn't have the pleasure of buying my book of stamps from him this go around. Instead, I got someone else who had an attitude and smirked at me when I told him I had to leave and was in a hurry. He quite possibly could have been the slowest worker I've seen and if his livelihood depended on his work ethic, he wouldn't last another day. He was literally just there to collect a paycheck.
