Packages keeps missing but all my mails are coming in. Only packages are missing . Weird things going on in this area.

The people who are working here don't have respect for Nacogdoches residents because they don't want to do their job correctly. I am always missing mail that I'm expecting and I'm always getting the same bullshit excuse of they don't know what happened to my mail. I question whether they kn how to read since I get mail that isn't mine and when I say something I either get ignored or they have an attitude. The individuals who are employed at this location should not have their jobs and should be fired immediately for failing to do their jobs. read more

This has become the worst post office ever. I NEVER get packages on time unless they are small enough to go in the mailbox. I order large items delivered because I'm unable to lift things, I get a better price, & when it's delivered to the door, I can slide it into the house or just unpack it from the porch. They just leave a bogus note that it was undeliverable & that I have to pick it up. IF I COULD,I WOULD JUST GET IT AT THE STORE. They NEVER answer the phone. Last time I went in to complain, the girl was so rude that I asked to see her boss. I told her to go to the back & get someone else to help & she said she doesn't have to do anything I ask for. When I finally got the package, it was horribly damaged & a lot of the product was ruined. I'm pretty sure the girl went back & threw the box on the ground as retaliation, but can't prove that of course. All this could be avoided if they would do their jobs. Pretty sure they lost yet another package of mine. Tracking says it's in their possession, but when I called they said that's a "container generated" response and they don't actually have it yet. Get it together USPS. UGH. read more

It took 5 weeks for me to receive my package. When I received it it was in a different box than it was sent in because it got damaged on the way. Half of my package was missing including Medications that had my name all over them. Not happy about their service or the crazy expensive prices we pay for the horrible service. read more

I'm a merchant shipping to a customer in Nacogdoches. The parcel I sent was tracked to the Shreveport center and hung up for nearly a week. I called the main USPS number a submitted a request for service. In less than an hour I got a call from this branch, amazing service! The box was shaken loose and delivered to my customer two days later. Then a few days later (yesterday), I got a follow up call from another staff member following up to make sure I knew it had been delivered and if I had any other questions. I appreciate the fact that these folks are taking pride in their work and trying to provide top customer service. The whole COVID situation has things delayed and backed up, so be patient with these hard working folks. An honest "Thank You" to them will go a long way! Keep up the good work! read more

I just had to leave a positive review for the Nacogdoches Post Office. They are very customer service oriented and have gone above and beyond to help me retrieve a package that I mistakenly shipped to the wrong address. I am thankful for the kind and helpful staff here in Nac! read more

Utterly useless service. My deliveries are never on time, never show up when they're suppose to, theres always something going wrong once it reaches the nacogdoches usps branch. Not to mention, i keep receiving my neighbors mail, and even mail from completely different neighborhoods. Its a joke. At this point, if i could pay twice the price to have amazon deliver through another service, i more then happily would. Its a mystery they haven't been shut down yet. read more

I am now an avid customer at the regular post office due to an experience I had at this USPS location. I went in to mail a small box and the man working told me it would be $1 for him to tape the box. Are you KIDDING me???????? All my box needed was one piece of tape! I am already paying $15 to have a box shipped and he had the nerve to say to me that they do not make very much money therefore they have to charge $1 for tape, I decided to take my business elsewhere across the street. Word of advice: This location is CHEAP and STINGY! read more
