I have always loved the staff here because they have been overly helpful and there was never a super long line. Your postal needs can be taken care of here and they are equipped with the supplies you may need for your shipping needs, too.

Every time we go in, we're told they'll "talk to the supervisor," and somehow it gets messed up again. There's zero accountability, zero organization, and no sense of urgency. The staff seems completely incompetent and no one knows what's going on. To make it even worse, they don't answer the phone, so there's no way to get updates without going in person and dealing with the same issues over and over again.
