I've always had a great experience here and have never encountered rude staff. I visit about once a week. I have encountered a few people who were rude to staff members, but that's only a few times. The post office is clean and organized and service is always quick and helpful. read more

Absolute garbage, the majority of the people that work here/carriers are completely incompetent. Even the ladies at the office complain about the carriers and other people not doing their jobs and stating that's why they keep losing my packages. The latest one they're looking at a large insurance claim against them for. I run an e-commerce business and will likely have to start using UPS as I can't afford to keep having merchandise LOST. It really is no wonder the post office is losing money constantly though, these people are awful. read more

The counter person lacks all compassion and is just plain RUDE!! I understand wanting to get out of work on a Saturday but today a newly turned turned 18 year old went in there to ship some presents, nothing huge but he needed help with what packing supplies he shoulda used as he never did this type of thing before!! After waiting 45 mins in line he gets to the counter past 2pm and before he had a chance to even tell her he needed her help she was extremely rude told him since obviously he wasnt ready she wasnt waiting bcz of the time!! Thats not very professional at all and if nothing else lacks all holiday spirit!! Hes a kid, he was devastated and humiliated!! Your staff had to do better!! Shame on you lady .. read more

This location is little but it's really convenient and the staff are always so friendly. They always remain positive and upbeat even when it gets crazy in there. Their can be a line out of the building and they continue to push through. Despite their size they do have some great shipping item choices (lot of boxes and etc). They have a self serve kiosk area. They also have a section where you can be checked out separately (for stamps or trying to get to your post office box etc). They also have a lot of stamp options which I really appreciate. I always like to pick up different books of stamps and they never seem to run out of the good ones (especially around the holidays which is great!). read more

I had a package that was delivered. They didn't ring my doorbell so I Missed them the first day. Then I rescheduled the delivery for the next day, never got it. So I called they didn't answer. I missed a delivery and tried to call White St P.O. 3 x's someone picked up...heand silence then a dial tone. Very aggravating!

I went in today to mail Christmas presents to my family who live in FL and RI. They offered 2 day shipping and I said "no, just whatever is cheapest". They then proceeded to ring me up for 3 day shipping on the FL package, and ended up charging me $30 more than they should have. Its my first time shipping to FL so I had just assumed it was expensive due to distance. Once we realized the mistake, I spent 2 hours trying to get someone on the phone, finally getting someone at the USPS national call center, who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not double checking that the clerk did her job right and that there was nothing they could do. I'm now out $30 for no reason other than incompetence, would rate 0 stars if possible. read more

Went the White St location (6-15-19 @ around 1pm) to send several items and buy stamps. Only one agent at the counter. He helped the same customer for close to ten (10) minutes. During this time he made a comment (after about 5-6 minutes) to the back of the office "there's a bus stop out here!" to which no one responded. The line grew longer and people began fidgeting. He continued to play with the customers key Ring? Not sure what he was trying to do? Finally I gave up and walked out. Did not get my stamps or mail my packages. This is not the norm when the regular staff is on duty. They try to work efficiently. Not this guy? Sorry but it's my life and I don't like wasting it!!!! I will go to the Thomasville location on Monday to complete my transaction. If you don't like my comments, to bad if the truth hurts. This is not good customer service. I don't mind waiting but this situation was beyond bad!!!! read more
