She behaved in an aggressive, unkind manner, without a smile or polite words, to the point that I told her that I didn't feel good about going out to send mail to Israel because it was urgent and I have no idea why she was acting towards me like a police officer or an army commander. I was looking for something in the address that was missing and instead of helping, she continued to answer in a big way. Finally, when I said, please call the manager, she told me: You're crazy! This is not my usual experience at this office, nor in Aventura, where everyone is nice, polite, and kind-hearted. We live in a very difficult and violent world today, and I think that nice and pleasant service can help get through the day, and a girl like that should not serve the public.
