She told me to make another appointment. Despite that, I didn't say anything. I just left and wished her a good day. The most impressive thing was that the post office was empty, which is why people don't want to work. They make you make an appointment for the passport process, but they have no customers. I filled out a change of…read moreaddress at a different USPS and was told that it would take 10 days before the mail would arrive at the new address and that I would receive a confirmation letter in the mail. 14 days later, no confirmation letter or mail change. I went back to the facility and inquired about the status. The employee told me that I had to go to the facility in the zip code where the change occurred. Odd, but OK. So, I came to this location. When I told the employee my story, they rolled their eyes and said the other employee was lazy and didn't do their job. I about pulled out their teeth to get them to find out the status of my claim. They kept telling me that I didn't give it enough time. Could you just check! I still don't have an answer. They told me there's no change of address confirmation letter. No such thing. I'll wait another week. If nothing, I guess I'll go directly to Tampa to resolve my issue.
