This place needs an investigation or something on the facility. I buy things online have it sent to my P.O. Box and apparently it's normal for any FedEx UPS driver's to sign the packages saying it was dropped off and my package is nowhere to be found according to Dee Dee and Her manager on duty, who couldn't even give me her last name because of how rude she was. That's normal they say. Are you kidding me? How is that even legal? What type of control dose this facility even have apparently none, my app said it was delivered signed by them but yet nothing is there. Caroline Pierre is apparently the district Manager from what the rude Manager on duty told me. What a joke to really believe that lame excuses they gave me. They should not be working with people because every single last one of them was super rude. Start an investigation god knows how many other people they do this to. read more

Take my advice if you don't want to be here for an hour don't come during their peak hours. From 9:00 am to 10:00 am and 4:30 to 6:00, if you come during these times your going to be here for a while. Typically there are 2 cashiers and 1 person picking up the pink slips. However, several people come unprepared and delay the lines. I think they should have 3 people behind the desk at a time but with all there economical troubles I doubt that will ever happen. They have several boxes but by ends day the place looks a mess. Store needs a little more organization and 1 more person behind the desk to speed up lines and customer service. read more

I went to this USPS branch to mail my passport renewal application. I had all the required documents but had some questions with the process and envelope. December 3, 2020 , 5:47 pm, I have been humiliated, mistreated, embarrassed, yelled at, and discriminated against by a worker named Jorge, who should not wear that government uniform on his body. I just went to ask a question about a delivery of a package that had not reached its destination. The man served as a translator because my English is not good. And he told me here no Spanish is spoken, shut up and shut up, I spoke English, he said, and if you want your package to arrive fast, pay first class and I look for the box and he yelled at me and yelled at me, I didn't understand anything and could hardly even answer Well, I wanted to cry, to scream what shame I have been with this worker Jorge. I have a video and I'm not going to leave it here because I was a victim of racism for not speaking English. I just went for a question and left the place crying and with very high blood pressure. I gave this loctaion 2 stars because of the convinient self service machine. Other than that there isn't really anything great about this place. I was yelled at by a man working there to place my package in the receptical. The receptical was not opening and when I told him that, he rudely yelled and said "the other side" without explaining which one it was. It turned out there was a small receptical on the other side, which I had never used before. He could have just told me rather than yell at me in front of the entire line if people. This isn't the first time that I have been treated rudely here. Also, there is always a line and they are pretty slow. I reccomend using the automated machine if possible. Just remember to use the right receptical so you don't get yelled at. read more

I had to send some documents to Jamaica and I bought tracking to go with it (cost an extra $15). I was never able to track it on my own, I had to come in to get it tracked twice. When I came in to find out why and see if I could get a refund, the people had excuses for days. They said that something must be wrong with my phone or that the package already got there. In the end they said they couldn't give me a refund because services were already rendered, even though I could never track the package at all. Horrible customer service. read more

Bring patiences to this post office location. I'm guessing since it's near a major intersection surrounded by a bunch of apartment complexes that there is always a line. You are going to stand in line for a good 15 to 20 min. They have several service such as P.O Box rentals and various shipping services. I still prefer to go to the post office near 57th and 159th much shorter lines and that location has passport services. read more

It takes forever to mail package from this office. Stuff is VERY sloooow. Shipping kiosk is broken most of the time so it's useless. Also they keep shipping boxes inside , so if you need to ship something on a weekend when they closed you need to bring your own box . read more

Wasting 1+ hours in Line as is usual at this Branch ........ I Dread Coming here. Anything that involves interaction with a US Postal worker here will not only take FOREVER, but it will also be inefficient and unreliable. My expected Packages periodically get lost or "misplaced" ( no Delivery) -and your requests or referrals for follow up with a Supervisor will go unanswered. I avoid doing business with this Branch, like the Plague. Ain't nobody got time fo' That. Try FedEx or UPS, trust me. :/ .............. I'm still in Line, still Waiting. The longer I wait - the more time I have to come on Yelp and make to tell others how horrible the Service is here.
