Recovery is not easy, but the program provided tools, support, and accountability that helped me build a stronger foundation for sobriety. What stood out most was the sense of a family setting with encouragement to keep moving forward, even on difficult days. I thoroughly appreciated the 12&12 steps/traditions and faith-based environment provided at LLR. The counselors, therapist and all staff in general, genuinely wanted to see people succeed and I personally left with a far better understanding of myself and the work it takes to maintain recovery. LLR definitely sets their clients up for continued success as well. One of the most valuable elements I gained at LLR was letting go of deep resentments anchored within me from childhood, the learning of healthy coping skills and how to set healthy boundaries, all of which are skills that have made and continue to make a real difference in my everyday life. No treatment program is perfect, but I am grateful for the opportunity I had at LLR. If you are willing to be honest, to put in the work, and stay open to the process, I believe this program can make a meaningful difference in your life as it has mine! Management was amazing in every supportive way. The admin staff was incredibly pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. From day one, Martha made me feel welcomed and supported. It was honestly like being part of an office family. I can say wholeheartedly that Spring to Autumn cares so much about their staff and clients. I was extremely lucky to be part of the team during the time I worked here.

Their billing department can't get their billing codes right. With the office being in network w/ my insurance still left me with a $650 bill. They I brought to their attention and still a $250 bill. And had the nerve to call me w/ a demand to pay call. Called my insurance and once again they are billing my insurance for a type of treatment we never received. Been back and forth with them since Feb. Sent them the insurance invoice that I received from my insurance company saying all of it was paid. They are still harassing me about the out stand balance of $200. Keep in my copay is only $10; which I paid and have the receipts for that too. You're better off find a more organized and professional office. It's a shame because my son actually liked his therapist.

The staff, including Azadeh and the management team, are some of the kindest, most caring, and personable people I have ever met. They genuinely care about each member of the team and consistently go above and beyond for us. The management is extremely approachable and treats every employee with dignity, respect, and a positive attitude. As a mother of young children, having a company that is understanding, flexible, and caring is essential, and IBH embodies all these qualities. They provide extensive training and consistently check in to ensure that employees feel supported. IBH feels like a big family where everyone is heard, understood, and respected. I feel truly blessed to work for a company that deeply cares about its employees.

They did not provide my brother with the services or supports that were discussed and made clear that he needed. A BCBA was not assigned, the correct therapists were not assigned, scheduling needs were not meet, and the company does not take accountability for their faults. ABA services are only effective if the team is trained, motivated, collaborative and consistent- qualities that IBH does not currently possess.
