I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but I also understand that the job was significantly underbid. I would typically walk away from this job under any other circumstances but I think getting this done for you is the right thing to do. This job has to be completed the same time we are in the area. For example, they told us we could wait to have some privacy trees trimmed which made us feel like they weren't upselling us. They were great about making sure we involved our neighbors for a tree on the shared property line. They communicated well about timing of the work.
