His second attempt, one leg was noticeably one inch LONGER than the other. Plus the stitch was done by hand without any rhyme or reason...x or straight line stitch variations. Went back for refund with pants and photo of me wearing them. He rudely shooed me away without a refund. Told him my husband would no longer return for dry cleaning if he didn't refund my $ and I was dismissed with his hand in my face shooing "you leave". I have never been treated so RUDELY. DO NOT GO HERE...spread the word.

The young woman at the counter had to ask the manager/supervisor, who took a look at it and said I could. As a result, my husband also bought a jacket and we'll definitely return to pick up something else when they restock. I see in the unrecommended reviews below that others had problems with returns, but maybe the store has learned from that or there are new staff. I would not say that the staff was particularly friendly, but neither were they rude nor unaccommodating with me.
