I received good service. I know bad customer service is everyones main complain for this location…read morebut me personally I was taken care of properly. Made an appointment for 12pm I arrived at 1148. Checked in on their kiosk which was super easy, I just scanned my barcode that was sent to me by email. A male called my name asked for confirmation number and then I waited to be called. I was in by 12:02 pm about 2 mins after my scheduled appointment. I'd say that's amazing in my book. Staff was nice, explained the process of what I needed to do and took care of business. I was in and out by 1215 ish the latest. I had planned to be there for an hour and so I cleared my schedule from 12 to 1. Now I had all this time to kill and decided to just run more errands. So I went to the DMV. I was impressed. Good job, LabCorp.

From getting my appointment details online and coming here, I was already confused trying to find…read morethe right suite for Labcorp. For some reason, there's no suite number listed other than the plaza medical building. It took a lot of digging to finally find that only one link texted to me showed the suite number. I think it was 304? I forgot, but the directory down below in the building didn't even show Labcorp either. I came across someone else who was trying to walk-in and they followed me in our search for this spot. One half of the building is closed and you have to enter through the parking lot side. When you go up the right floor and find the correct room, you enter and see a waiting room with so much people waiting, with a large screen TV and some ladies by the front. I walked towards the tablet and checked in on my own with the kiosk. I got called up by one of the ladies who bluntly just asked for my registration number. Her customer service was clearly disappointing to not just me, but to everyone else. My name would be on the TV with others. My name & 2 others was erased maybe 5 minutes in for some reason & it only displayed one name but all of us was still waiting to be called. They take walk-ins so your name on the TV is color-coded if you have an appointment or not. I had an "appointment" but still waited 20 minutes over my time, even with checking in 15 minutes early to my appointment. It turns out, the guy doing the urine tests inside literally goes one at a time. This other guy comes out after 20 minutes and suddenly starts drinking like 5 cups of water from the dispenser. He was told to wait and then I was called next. The guy who did my urine testing was also very lacking in customer service and seemed to hate being there. Beware! The guy drew a line on the cup and requests for a pretty big amount of urine so I could see why the guy before me was struggling to fill the cup too. I did the best I could and asked if it was enough. The guy was stressing outloud when he poured my urine cup into the vial. I offered to drink some water and try again later but the guy said it should be okay, although he seemed very low confidence about it. I would ask him questions about the results and be cordial and he would answer very bluntly too. When your done, he stares at you to leave without saying that's it or anything. The ladies at the front would prefer you to just walk away without speaking a word to them.

However, this time the waiting room…read morewas packed, and several walk-in patients were complaining about how long it was taking to be called. Fortunately, the technicians were very kind and patient. My appointment was at 10:10 AM, and I only had to wait about 15 extra minutes, which wasn't bad considering how busy they were. My biggest complaint is the parking. The building charges $2 every 15 minutes, with a maximum of $20 per day, which I think is excessive. I normally park on the street, but because I was short on time, I decided to park in the building. I was there for less than an hour and ended up paying $8. Unbelievable! It was a good reminder to leave earlier next time so I can avoid paying for parking. The highlight of my visit was the technician who drew my blood. Her name is Susan (she's asian), and she's a floater. My veins are very difficult to find, but she located one on the first try, and the blood draw was completely painless. I wish I could request an appointment with her every time I need lab work done. She was definitely the best part of my visit.

Got there, there were about 7 people in the waiting area. On the tv, there was a sidebar of transparency regarding the order of patients, appt times, and standby patients. If you weren't able to check in via the link sent, there were two kiosks in the corner for easy check in. I was seen within 15 mins. Donna Mae (my phlebotomist) was polite, gentle, and expeditious. I was done in less than 5 mins, and I had 5 vials! I found street parking off Killion, which was super easy.

First time visiting this Labcorp location and I had a really great experience…read more The biggest surprise was the parking. There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

While every member of the ICU staff treated my brother with compassion, professionalism, and dignity, I would like to especially thank nurses Eric, Randy, and Olga, ICU physician Dr. Kakal, social worker Heather, and the entire ICU team for the exceptional care they provided throughout his 44-day ICU stay. Each person brought something unique to our family's experience. Olga was a source of comfort and reassurance whenever I felt overwhelmed and needed guidance. Eric showed extraordinary patience and gentleness with my brother, even on the most difficult days. No matter how challenging the situation became, he treated him with kindness and respect. Randy had a special way of connecting with my brother and earning his trust. When my brother wasn't listening to the rest of us, Randy somehow always knew how to reach him. Heather, our social worker, helped guide our family through difficult decisions and conversations with compassion and professionalism. Her support during an incredibly challenging time was deeply appreciated. Beyond providing excellent medical care, these individuals supported our family through an incredibly difficult journey. They reminded us that healthcare is not just about medicine, it is also about humanity. I would also like to recognize the volunteers at the visitor check-in desk on the first floor. They were always welcoming when I arrived to visit my brother, and after his passing, they showed our family tremendous compassion and kindness that I will never forget. My experience in the ICU made me proud to be a UCLA alumna. I will always be grateful for the care, dignity, and respect shown to my brother and our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Rushing people through security clearance without a care and aggressively as 'we' were wasting his time. Geraldo Cesar Chezz was on phone, unprofessional to patients/families and immediate co-workers who complained to other security staff on site. Geraldo Cesar Chezz went back and forth to the nurse's main secured area erratically as if playing like a child foregoing service to humans... He engaged in flirty personal conversations with nursing staff. Terrible! *** Dr. and work staff of visit were good. Communication to patient was a bit off and not clarified....Understanding that their is prioritization, severely extended wait time went unexplained until patient had to ask status. The two males in the imaging portion of the hospital told the elderly patient to put her necklace in her mouth? It could have broken inside her mouth and she could have choked, not to mention a daily wear necklace is dirty most of the time. The two males were confident in their request and acted as if I was out of line, when they went against a standard procedure for many years!
