Even…read morethough the clinic was very busy, the entire team remained professional, organized, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. I would especially like to recognize Brenda, Maria Florenciano, and Dr. Carmelle Silveo for the exceptional care they provided. Each of them took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. What impressed me the most was that they did not rush the process despite the high patient volume. They made sure I received the proper evaluation and testing, while also explaining everything clearly so that I could fully understand what was happening and feel confident about the care I was receiving. Their attention, patience, and compassion truly gave me peace of mind. It is clear that this team takes pride in the care they provide and truly values their patients. Experiences like this make a stressful situation much easier, and I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Nurse Michael Scott, though he did not introduce himself, overheard the conversation and provided his insight. Did I get the information that I needed, yes. If this was a gas station that would be totally acceptable. I am a mother who is concerned for the well-being of her son, scared, deprived of sleep because our regular pediatrician is closed on the weekend. What I expected was the basic, kindness and warmth most doctors give, especially when a child is involved Instead, Nurse Scott was rude, short & condescending. If I knew how to correctly diagnose my son I would not be seeking help from professionals. What might seem to be basic information to you Nurse Scott may not be for the general public- so the snub attitude was unnecessary. Thankfully my son was out of earshot when you started to talk about anal sex and how that could likely be a reason for what I thought was going on with my 4 year old son. Lastly, it's about 9am Sunday June 28th 2026, you all have been open for an hour now. I hope by now you have warmed up and the next patients that come in do not have the same experience that I had. I pray that whatever you saw in us that was undeserving of an introduction of a doctor, understanding, empathy & patience changes.

I had some reservations about this facility, but this team completely changed my perspective. From check-in to discharge, everyone was outstanding. I am especially grateful to my pre-op nurse, Daniell, who was amazing, and my post-op nurse, who provided such incredible care. You both were great, and I promised you I would leave this review--I haven't forgotten your kindness! I also want to thank the anesthesiologist and the CNA; you all were wonderful. I will never return to this location for ER, urgent care, or primary care services…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Neha Amin and Charge Nurse Carlos P. During my visit, I felt that my symptoms and concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was not feeling well at all and came seeking answers regarding significant inflammation, pain, and signs of infection that were right on my face ! From the beginning of the visit, I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. According to the visit notes the doctor wrote , she advised she "offered me " a CBC test but yet did not do her job or care to do her job so that was a lie . no testing / ultrasound or xrays , bloodwork was performed here . Yet kaiser has the audacity to still bill me for this USELESS VISIT When I respectfully asked if another physician could evaluate me, I was told that I would need to be discharged and check back in, which was frustrating because they weren't going to check me back in which they directly told me ! I repeatedly expressed concern about my symptoms and asked if anything could be done to determine the cause of my condition. I was practically pleading with them and was emotional I was told that because I was not experiencing a life-threatening emergency, there was little else that could be done. While I understand emergency departments must prioritize critical cases, I left feeling unheard and without any answers. I was ultimately forced to seek care elsewhere. I went to Exer Urgent Care in West Hills, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with shingles. NOT COMMON FOR A 26 yrs old . Prior to that, I had only been advised by them that I had a swollen lymph node. I also have an issue with documentation in my medical record stating that I threatened legal action. I informed staff that I intended to file a complaint regarding my experience, but I did not threaten a lawsuit. I never had experiences like this at Kaiser facilities I previously visited, including Panorama City. Going forward, I will never come to this location again and will stick to porter ranch location or panorama city , they have such caring nurses and doctors !!! I DO NOT recommend this facility. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I came to this urgent care when I sliced my fingertip and…read moreleft with damage to my finger which cost me thousands of dollars and multiple additional dr's visits to repair. When I arrived, the nurse submerged my wound in pure iodine then left the room, telling me to leave it in until she came back. It hurt so badly and she was gone for so long that I had to take it out. I called for help but was not heard. When she finally came back I had taken my hand out of the iodine and was bleeding into the sink. A dr came in and began using silver nitrate on a stick to seal the wound. I have since learned that this was wholly unnecessary. He kept doing it over and over again, even after I was crying and telling him I couldn't handle the pain again. During this time, another dr wandered in and started looking for things in a drawer. My finger was now charred black and swollen. The dr treating me then put dermaglue over the caustic chemical and I was advised not to wash it off for 7 days. This advice was incorrect. I was later told that I was supposed to wash it off the following day. When he was finally done, I asked the dr if I should go to the ER, as I suspected by this point that something had gone wrong. He kind of scoffed at me and said "unless they have a plastic surgeon there's no point. You're fine." The glue over the nitrate caused such severe pain that I ended up in the ER that night anyway. Following this, the silver nitrate under the glue caused an infection which required a procedure to remove the glue from my skin. by this point my nail had grown over some of the debris from the glue, and this caused repeat infections while I waited for a more extensive surgery to remove the nail itself. When I called San Feliz urgent care to ask that I, at minimum, do not pay for the appointment where this happened, I was argued with by the staff member. She went back and forth with me claiming that I could be lying about the advice given by doctors after my visit. She claimed she'd have a supervisor call me back and this never happened. My appointment was charged on an auto-pay, and they also charged my insurance the full cost of the visit. I feel in need of an advocate to help me navigate the situation further. This situation cost me days of work, 4 months of pain and uncertainty, and so much money. Please, please go anywhere else. I wish I had found a different urgent care that night.

I was in and out in less than an hour. Seems many are there for drug tests. I was there due to strep. I didn't feel like the doctor was very attentive - kinda matter of fact and brief. I had to ask him for a prescription- he didn't want to give me meds. I was literally in so much discomfort...he said it wasn't strep- Ran the test- I have had strep before and knew that was a wrong diagnosis. I took the meds I asked for and I was fine- not really any thanks to this place. Basically I was grateful that he gave me a prescription because he didn't do much else.

There was maybe 2 other people ahead of me. Waited about a hour before I got called in to a room. Waited close to 2 hours while in the room for a total wait of 3 hours. I expected it to be slow based off reviews and I was okay with that. Finally, an Asian doctor finally came in and was so rude to me. She threatened me that if I didn't do as she said she would fail my physical. She literally would give me a second to react. She made me feel so stupid and would tell me incorrect things when little did she know I knew what she was doing since I'm in the healthcare profession too. 2nd time: Needed a TB test done but could only go after work and they were the only option. Everything was fine till I needed to get the test read. The staff looked at my arm and questioned if I have a positive test. I told her it's always a little red but there's never any bump or issues. She got a second opinion and I got cleared, no biggie. The problem began when she couldn't find my paperwork to clear me. Are you kidding? You would think reading a TB test would be quick, but no, I had to waste my night here waiting. She tried to tell me she would send the results to my job, which was a cop out to get me off her hands in the mean time. Ended up waiting 45+ minutes for her to "look". She came off as if it was a honor for her to look for my paperwork to clear me. BS place, will never be back.
