Nurse Michael Scott, though he did not introduce himself, overheard the conversation and provided his insight. Did I get the information that I needed, yes. If this was a gas station that would be totally acceptable. I am a mother who is concerned for the well-being of her son, scared, deprived of sleep because our regular pediatrician is closed on the weekend. What I expected was the basic, kindness and warmth most doctors give, especially when a child is involved Instead, Nurse Scott was rude, short & condescending. If I knew how to correctly diagnose my son I would not be seeking help from professionals. What might seem to be basic information to you Nurse Scott may not be for the general public- so the snub attitude was unnecessary. Thankfully my son was out of earshot when you started to talk about anal sex and how that could likely be a reason for what I thought was going on with my 4 year old son. Lastly, it's about 9am Sunday June 28th 2026, you all have been open for an hour now. I hope by now you have warmed up and the next patients that come in do not have the same experience that I had. I pray that whatever you saw in us that was undeserving of an introduction of a doctor, understanding, empathy & patience changes.

Went to see one of my former coworkers' father who had just had a kidney transplant. When I walked in, the nurse was changing the bag that was hooked on him, so she told me to give them a minute or two before I can get back in. I waited in the lobby and once the nurse was done, I was able to walk back into the room. Since I was there, I also went to visit one of my friend's granddaughter. She is 18 and has a lot of health issues. May God help this young lady. I would rather not disclose any confidential information on her health. The care that both of those people are receiving at this facility is SUPERB! Nurses are always caring, compassionate and so are the doctors. I, myself, used to be with Kaiser, but when I got married, we went with UCLA. Since my estranged husband, my son and myself pay a lot less for the premium. I can't say enough good things about Kaiser hospitals. All the ones that I have visited. They accept credit cards and most insurance plans. They have a nice gift shop if you want to cheer your loved one with flowers or balloons. Parking is free and restrooms were spotless clean. 24/7. Thank you all at Kaiser Permanente. When you are there, you are in great hands!!

During my visit, I felt that my symptoms and concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was not feeling well at all and came seeking answers regarding significant inflammation, pain, and signs of infection that were right on my face ! From the beginning of the visit, I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. According to the visit notes the doctor wrote , she advised she "offered me " a CBC test but yet did not do her job or care to do her job so that was a lie . no testing / ultrasound or xrays , bloodwork was performed here . Yet kaiser has the audacity to still bill me for this USELESS VISIT When I respectfully asked if another physician could evaluate me, I was told that I would need to be discharged and check back in, which was frustrating because they weren't going to check me back in which they directly told me ! I repeatedly expressed concern about my symptoms and asked if anything could be done to determine the cause of my condition. I was practically pleading with them and was emotional I was told that because I was not experiencing a life-threatening emergency, there was little else that could be done. While I understand emergency departments must prioritize critical cases, I left feeling unheard and without any answers. I was ultimately forced to seek care elsewhere. I went to Exer Urgent Care in West Hills, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with shingles. NOT COMMON FOR A 26 yrs old . Prior to that, I had only been advised by them that I had a swollen lymph node. I also have an issue with documentation in my medical record stating that I threatened legal action. I informed staff that I intended to file a complaint regarding my experience, but I did not threaten a lawsuit. I never had experiences like this at Kaiser facilities I previously visited, including Panorama City. Going forward, I will never come to this location again and will stick to porter ranch location or panorama city , they have such caring nurses and doctors !!! I DO NOT recommend this facility. Workers here have very careless attitudes and are rude !

Their waiting area is always clean and so are the exam rooms. They always have cartoons or cool shows playing as well, so it's perfect for keeping kids occupied and entertained. They provide different types of care and work with a range of insurances. Call and ask before going in to make sure they can work with you. I changed my urgent care from the one closest to me and drive here instead just because of how nice they are here. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to be shown to a room. They're also open 7 days a week which is nice and do not require an appointment.

She threatened me that if I didn't do as she said she would fail my physical. She literally would give me a second to react. Everything was fine till I needed to get the test read. The staff looked at my arm and questioned if I have a positive test. I told her it's always a little red but there's never any bump or issues. She got a second opinion and I got cleared, no biggie. The problem began when she couldn't find my paperwork to clear me. Are you kidding? You would think reading a TB test would be quick, but no, I had to waste my night here waiting. While seemingly there are advantages to the ExtraCare/ExtraCare Plus, many customers simply want to pay for what they want and need and go home. Others don't have the "credentials" necessary, namely an email address, and that makes it impossible for them to participate. Today I saw an elderly couple not be able to make their purchase because the system couldn't enroll them without an email address, which they said several times they did not have one. Never did I hear the employee tell them that they could just make their purchase anyway. They left without what they needed. No apology, just "it won't let me do that without an email because there is nowhere to send..." And then it was my turn and I was greeted by "Next" (I was the only one standing there waiting) and called "Boss". Normally I look past this mannerism of the younger generation but today it made it clear that there seems to be a lack of respect for elders by some CVS employees. This is clearly a management failure. While the young man was never outrightly rude, he was never polite either. How about a bit more respect and understanding for the senior members of the community, who are a large part of the CVS customer base?
