Our consultant, Rick, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He told us the pros and cons of the different windows. He pointed out things we would have never thought of ourselves. He was patient while we decided what color of siding to go with. He was extremely fast at getting out estimates, as well as responding to emails and calls. He came out more than once to re-work estimates, because we were in-decisive as to what we wanted. He never made us feel like a burden or charged us for coming out. He wasn't pushy, didn't pressure us or up-sell, answered all of our stupid questions, and got everything ordered and installed quickly. Everything was fairly priced, as compared with several estimates. The technician that hung up the siding was respectful and did a quality job.
