I had to canceled once 4pm rolled around after our noon schedule move was rescheduled multiple times. I fully understand stuff happens but just be honest from the beginning with how long & if the reservation is actually set In place because I would of gotten another mover who would of showed up on time. I just about died, and when I mentioned my concerns, he was able to bring it down to the mid $300 range. There is no easy spot to access on their website to determine how pricing is calculated. Granted, there are images that show you how they break down the trucks capacity into 1/8ths, but doesn't tell you how much each 1/8th will cost. Simple explanations of pricing on the website would help with the sticker shock and bargaining in the driveway. Otherwise, everything else about this experience was great. Same day pickup, arrived on time within the two hour window, friendly, and everything was cleaned up and removed as requested.

We were very unhappy with our use of mobile attic. We used them for storage for the last four…read moremonths and we definitely wish we would have spent the extra few dollars a month to use PODS in order to store our belongings in a climate controlled inside unit. While unloading our belongings, we found two mice and many of our belongings were ruined. We had to go buy new beds, towels, anything with yarn or soft materials. Anything that was not ruined had acorns, urine, and feces all over it and in the boxes from where the mice had been in them. When we reached out to mobile attic, they said because we did not purchase the"premium" package that they were not responsible and at NO point were we told anything about a premium plan. They said we could send in some pictures and the manager would take a look and consider helping us out but that email was sent 6 days ago and still no response to my email. They also do not offer any insurance which should have been a red flag to not use them.
