If the answer is Move King, LLC....RUN. I got ripped off, big time. I was completely taken advantage of and my valuables showed up shattered beyond repair. To this day, they refuse to take accountability. I've moved over 15 times in my life. I've worked with reputable movers and shady ones, but NOTHING comes close to the absolute trainwreck that is TopTier Moving (a name so ironic it's almost offensive). They quoted me about $3,600 for my move. Reasonable. But when the movers actually showed up, Move King, LLC, TopTier's third-party vendor that they never warned me about, they immediately told me the job would cost me an additional $3,000. No discussion. No explanation. Just a bait-and-switch right at my front door. Let that sink in: before a single item was moved, I was already being held hostage for $3,000 more than I agreed to. And it only got worse from there. My TopTier "point of contact," who was really just the sales guy who convinced me they were a reputable company, ghosted me immediately after my initial payments were processed. He never once answered a call or email after I paid. Move King tacked on ridiculous charges like $300 because the hallway in my building was "too long." That's not a joke...they literally charged me by the foot to walk. Every step they took seemed to cost me more money. I ended up paying over $7,000, nearly double the original quote. And what did I get for it? A shattered ( and brand-new) $1,300 Google TV, broken in transit despite paying top dollar for boxes and "protective wrapping." So much for professional care. I had to take the time to write this because companies like this should be shut down. I've never experienced a company so unethical in my life and I hope this doesn't happen to you.

Showed up in a U-Haul barely big enough to get half the stuff, and had attitudes about having to do the job at all. When the customer complained to these brokers, it basically went in one ear and out the other before being dismissed. Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and frankly shouldn't even be in business considering their underhanded discretion about what they are/are not!

When our house was ready they moved my items to my house. I was nervous about storing our items thar long but i was pleasantly surprised there were no odors or bugs or damage. Very happy! Would not recommend - it's a good value (cheapest movers we found), but you get what you pay for…read more Very poor customer service. I spoke to Kareem on multiple occasions prior to the move. He kept asking me to change our pickup day and time. Each time I told him I couldn't change my plans. He could have simply told me it didn't work for them, but each time he'd say OK and I would confirm the day, time, and location of pickup at the end of the conversation. Then the next day he'd ask me to change it up again. When the day finally arrived, he texted me at 6:45 am and told me they were going to be almost 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time. Again, at no point did he disclose there was a pickup window. He had confirmed our appointment on multiple occasions. It almost ruined the whole process because we were picking up our item from friends, so I couldn't just randomly change the plan with no notice. Kareem was rude to me on the phone when I called him about this and said "things change". Then he billed me an invoice for our balance due before the job was done and texted me about payment. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

He new they were suppose to pack some things but brought no boxes, cussed him out., but that same boss yells at me. I had a move conducted on…read moreJuly 13th and drivers arrived late by 15-20 minutes late, took a cigarette break while conducting move but what was more upsetting was them breaking a cabinet that had to be thrown away and they submitted for insurance claim, which I am still waiting for after 7 business days. What was further disappointing, dishonest and unprofessional was they broker a desk as well but kept quiet about it and did not tell me. I did not notice until they had left and i was looking for the desk and attempted to reach the driver to see if it was left in the truck and he ignored my texts. I then emailed and called the company and left correspondence and asked for them to be held accountable. I then noticed the drivers had broken the desk and threw it out in the dumpster along with the broken cabinet, so i took pics and emailed them to the company. The company contacted me to tell me, it was not left in the truck, which I already knew, and they would contact the drivers for feedback. Till this day, I have not heard back on the follow up on my desk, still waiting for the claims on the broken cabinet and will never use them ever again!!
