When I called them to discuss they said that the intial rental discount had "expired" and out of the kindness of their heart they would adjust the new rate to $73. In my lease it was advertised that the rate could change with thirty days notice but NOT THAT THE INITIAL DISCOUNT WOULD EXPIRE. I called a friend who had stored stuff here and sure enough the same thing had happened to her. Increased rent after three months.
