Never ever have I received the professional real estate expertise comparable to what we received from Raniel and Steve at Our Town CDA . These two gentlemen utilize corporate expertise, technology, analytics, psychology, street smarts, teamwork, a system and major real estate knowledge to deliver results. We owned a beautiful mountain home overlooking Hayden Lake. It was rented for several years. After assessing the property they recommended a professional home inspection that detailed all shortcoming and repairs required. We set a budget and spent a few weeks correcting everything. After contacting Top Agent to verify the date, I am told that because Brandon is no longer employed with them, i will not get a housewarming party.
