When we called, the dispatcher realized that they had mistakenly booked the bus for the next day (An honest mistake based on the comments they put in the invoice however we had agreed on the 13th and had multiple emails stating that). The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

I actually found the most incredible evidence when we investigated as a group by asking questions together using a spirit box. Clinton, our guide, was genial & knowledgable. The locations to drive to were not too far, and driving in the dark was a lot of fun! We were given a run down of all the devices we could use, and I had no issues wanting to use whatever equipment I wanted at the locations despite there being many people. I would definitely book again with this company. Well worth the money for three hours, and able to go to locations with so much history we wouldn't have otherwise known about.

If you read almost any review that gives less than 5 stars, there are accusations from the manager of us not being actual customers. I encourage everyone to read those responses and decide if this is a business you truly want to support. To prove I was on the tour, SPOILER ALERT, the "Brooke" entity is at the Eisenhower Bridge and was supposedly murdered, according to Clinton - although, research found no documentation of this incident. Also, if the company has exclusive access to 54 acres that are next to the battlefield, then why did we set up on a picnic table under the shelter just to listen to ghost stories? We were only permitted to walk around the trail that borders the dog park and I assure you, that area was NOT 54 acres.

After calling 17 different companies -- yes, I am not kidding, I actually built an Excel spreadsheet to keep track -- I finally found this one. From the very first conversation I knew it was different. Out of everyone I spoke to, Jonce stood out as professional, straightforward, reasonable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to make me feel completely at ease about renting a party bus for my daughter's high school prom. As any parent knows, organizing a party bus for a group of teenagers is no small feat -- and our booking did not go without its challenges through no fault of his own. At every turn Jonce handled things with professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend Bayside Limo without hesitation!!!

When we finally got ahold of him, almost 10 full minutes AFTER our reservation was over (which I was only able to do after leaving the venue to call him), we agreed to extend our time (not that we had a choice at that point) for a total of $165. We were off the bus by 1:40am (for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes extra time). The next day, the company had charged us $247 (for 1.5 hours), despite our agreement on the cost, and despite us only going over by 10 mins (again, not entirely by choice). When I reached out to the company and explained that we agreed to $165 (again, only bc we were left with no real option), they were completely unhelpful and threatened small claims court if I disputed the charge with my credit card company (LOL). I'm sure there are other reputable car companies in this area, I'd look elsewhere. This level of utter unprofessionalism over $82 is a joke. Update: "Entire charge" in this instance meant the $247 extra I was charged, rather than the $165 I had agreed to (which was explicitly clear in my texts where I say I am only taking issue with being charged an extra 30 minutes for what was only an extra 10 minutes after being FORCED to extend our time). You would have known that had you bothered to ~even attempt~ a professional resolution (eg, perhaps a single question or a hint of an apology) instead of being immediately hostile and asinine---the below excuse seems like a lame attempt at pretending your response wasn't totally unreasonable (which it was). My review is accurate in all respects, including the timing. Being a "small business" doesn't excuse shoddy customer service and scam-y business practices.

Unfortunately I was in a terrible accident a week before the wedding and had to reschedule to a later date. They never answered their phones, emails, or called me back. Every time I heard from them (after repeatedly providing our confirmation number) they would ask me what the date we needed the vans for was, how many we needed, etc. as if they're hearing this for the first time. Craig was talking to me about CHRISTMAS in APRIL. And how they're still trying to get back to the swing of things from the holidays. They said they weren't sure they could find us drivers for our wedding and agreed to issue us a refund. So we asked to proceed with the refund, and didn't hear back from them. A month before our wedding they said they found us drivers, for less vans that would cost us over $1,000 more than our original contract stated. We said no thank you, we would like our refund. Ken hangs up on me. Never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable, professional company to work with for your event.

Soft drinks and tea were included. The accommodations up there were tall tables and a few metallic stools To the food: The assorted greens salad was fresh with your choice of salad dressings. Then rolls with real butter, followed with spaghetti with meatballs and a pasta with shrimp and parmesan, and chicken parm cutlets. Potato salad and a caprese salad of sliced mozzarella and tomatoes topped with a balsamic dressing. There was enough for seconds. Close to the end of the cruise, they brought out some desserts that looked like magazine quality. Cheesecake, chocolate layered cake, carrot cake, and lemon bars. All were very rich, and nothing was left. The staff could not have been nicer and very efficient. It's a really great crew. There is plenty of free parking. One note, this is not a wheelchair accessible due to a series of steps.
