After months of countless lies and delays, I was able to discover that Dan Gautier never submitted a permit to the township department as he confirmed he did, and ran off with my deposit, and I am not his first victim. Civil charges were submitted and he never showed to court. 4 Felony Criminal charges were then also filed.
