But they very quickly made us feel comfortable having them around and that made things easier for everyone. Beyond that, their skills are - WOW! Their love of their work and attention to detail show in the end product. Every finish is so precise and (can I say it?) just perfect. Brian understood that we needed to be a part of the process and kept us informed throughout. He was great at addressing our questions and concerns, and explaining what was being done as well as what was coming next. We've all heard of work crews that go MIA, but they showed up every weekday and completed the kitchen on time and within budget. Aside from my shutters and door ( which was a preference, not something that needed to be done, but I LOVE it) I have him come back to fix a piece of my garage that was rotten. We discussed a few options. One being an aluminum frame. After pricing the job out, Dubs decided to replace the wood and not use aluminum because of price, so with the customer in mind, he chose to not use the aluminum because the material price has skyrocket like everything else. In my mind, what does he care, I would be paying for it but no, He chose to save me money!!!! So awesome. He told me he would do the primer and then paint after it had dried, which I was just thinking, primer one day, then come back and paint. When I came home last night, it looked like I had pulled into the wrong driveway, the update was PERFECT. I thought , wow, how did he get that done so fast?!! When I spoke to him today, he said he was able to prime and get one light coat of paint on. I told him it looked perfect and could actually leave as is. He insisted he was going to do another coat. So , while I knew prior to this second job at my house, this job really confirms the pride he takes in his work. It's sad that I am shocked to find someone that takes pride in their work but WOW!!!! I feel like when he's done with my house, it's going to look brand new. Also another thing that I was highly impressed with is that he asked me of I minded if he had helped someone else with a project while he was still doing mine. Of course I do not mind at all, this guy deserves to make money when it's available. And in no way has him helping someone else impacted what he was doing for me. Dubs knows exactly what he is doing, and his time management skills ( which I don't think I mentioned in my first review) are spot on ( not usual for a man, haha, joking!!) If you hire him, you will not be disappointed and I'm almost positive you will be rushing to give him a 5 star review as well as recommendations to friends and family. You will of found "your guy" . Also, he's young, so he's not going anywhere, still has all the energy to complete big or small jobs. MASTER BATHROOM NIGHTMARE: My husband & I waited 28 years to remodel Master Bath. Cintex…read moreEnterprises turned our dream into a nightmare. Vince appeared knowledgeable & Cindy is amazing at picking out materials that coordinate. We were told that an electrician/plumber would be consulted. He had 1 helper. Big picture shows amazing dream bathroom. Closeups show frightful workmanship & future costs will be an ongoing nightmare. Cintex said he would do punch list /repairs, however, we lost trust in his workmanship due to numerous errors & poor quality of work. Breach of Contract: Original flooring was not completely removed & new flooring & tile were placed on top of 2 original layers. Plaster on back outside shower wall & behind toilet was not removed. Trim around entrance door was not completely removed or redone. Base board heat line was not relocated but left buried behind new tile wall in shower. Insulation in new shower wall or any outside wall was not done. Walls/ceiling were spackled but not paint ready. Tile in shower was not to ceiling. Substandard Workmanship: Plumbing work substandard/not to code. Cintex cut support lines to main septic line pipe & did not replace them. Placement of vanity cabinet, ceiling fan, & electrical outlet needed to be redone as measurements were incorrect. GFI electrical outlets were not used. A box was not used to attach ceiling fan to beam. Live electrical box to power 2 high hat lights was left behind tiled shower wall & no access. No support blocking was put in shower & bench walls to install safety bars. Appropriate waterproofing of shower wall & floor is questionable. Wrong color grout was used on shower walls, shower shelf & shower bench! Grout work is uneven, lumpy, & full of holes & gaps. Thinset/grout is not cleaned off tile on walls/floor. Grout repairs were made by Cintex with wrong color grout. Cintex suggested we tape off & paint gap between ceiling & tile in shower. Permanent red marker was used to mark off measurements on walls/floor/bench/shelf & not removed. Many chips in tile in shower. Shower Shelf is a disappointment & not an eye catcher. Closet door has crooked gap at the top & handle latch was not set flush with door frame. Entrance pocket door handle was not set flush & can't be repaired without replacing whole door. Nail holes in wood trim were not filled in. We hired a separate plumber to set toilet because tile was not cut properly to set wax flange to mount toilet securely & would leak into basement. We did not trust Cintex to set toilet properly as he was going to do it himself & not use a licensed plumber. Main/Hand held shower wall mounts were set & sealed improperly with silicone. Diverter wall mount in shower was set off wall & gap was filled in with silicone. Cintex said to cut out tile to do repair. We suggested to make an access panel from the closet wall behind it. Wall mount diverter is still not flush to wall & is coming apart. Vanity sink was NOT vented so sink does not drain properly & will become bigger problem in future. Drywall was put in on top of heater behind toilet & over plaster that was supposed to be removed. Cintex told us to go to Home Depot to get new heater covers on our own since he tried unsuccessfully to put back original covers. We had to cut 5 inches of new drywall out above heater fins ourselves & then have a plumber install new heater covers. Air conditioning vent was left in shower & not relocated. Exhaust fan was not properly attached to ceiling joist in attic. We gave Cintex a chance to do some repairs & after losing trust in his workmanship we had no choice but to keep him from doing further damage. Last issue is concerning licensure & following codes. Cintex does not have an electrical/plumber license. His tiling, plumbing, & electrical workmanship was substandard. We had outside inspections done & will need extensive work to have quality restoration done, bring his work up to code, make it safe, & avoid future breakdown/repair problems. Pictures of his tile work were shown to the store where tile was purchased & their comment was "It looks like a DIY job". Finally, a major leak in handheld shower line was caused by Cintex's incompetent workmanship. He denied that he could be at fault & refused to fix it. Pictures & an outside licensed plumbing repair bill prove that it was his fault. We lost our trust in Vince's ability to do quality & lasting workmanship, make competent touchups/repairs. Concerns: Safety of his work as he did not use licensed electricians or licensed plumbers, future problems that have started, & are going to happen because of Cintex's inferior workmanship. We have to hire qualified specialists to repair/restore our Master Bathroom Nightmare. Our Advice? Victor came out for the estimate and pointed things out that I never would've thought of. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. When finished, they asked to make sure things were cleaned up enough for us. They called Victor for me before leaving to ensure I was ok with the price of the job (which was right in line with the estimate given previously), and so I could ask him any questions. i really want to give a good review cause the son is a nice person...but they buried my sprinkler…read moreheads on the edge of the slab they poured..i found it and had to chop it out....beside running over my other sprinkler heads with the cement buggy.had to dig those out which were clearly marked..and to top it off they took all my sod home whoch i told them to bring back....why would u take my sod i never said u can take it...so to save a few dollars. its not worth it.i had nothing but problems since they left... do not recommend
