Zorik, the owner, is a master mechanic who has been working at Mercedes dealerships for 20+ years. I drop in and told him what the problem was and he knew exactly how to deal with it. My a/c blower and regulator were out so he ordered the parts and was able to take care of it the same day! You can tell the type of professional you are dealing with by conversation and condition/cleanliness of their shop and Zorik did not disappoint. He was very kind, personable and his prices were fair. Bimmers Clinic was a model of efficiency and professionalism. When I brought my car in for service, the place looks clean, there were already many cars at Bimmers Clinic but seemed well organized as each technician takes certain cars to work on. Fred and his team were a joy to work with, keeping me informed every step of the way and treating me with courtesy and respect. When they discovered a rat had been living in my engine, causing damage, I was shocked - but also impressed by their diligence and expertise. It is astonishing that BOBSMITH had missed this issue just a week prior. Fred honored the price that he quoted and spent extra time cleaning around where the rats had lived for the past couple of months also, kept me updated by sending me a video of the problem and repairs that is done .
