Izzy could not have tried harder or cared more about attaining the desired resolution. I'm giving 5 stars for the 5 star effort she put forth on my behalf and likely anyone who is fortunate enough to be paired with her for assistance. You can pay anyone to do a job, you cannot pay a soul to genuinely care. Izzy cares. Izzy cared about my burden as if it were her own. Izzys kindness, diligence and professionalism, etc. stood out in a way you DONT SEE MUCH OF THESE DAYS. The branch is fine but NFCU is privileged to have her on their team. Izzy would be an MVP at any bank whose standards are "Excellence. Always. No Exceptions". Any bank would deliver excellence with her on their team. NFCU and customers like me is who she chooses to give her best to and I'm grateful for her efforts. NFCU: Izzy is a top tier Associate, she deserves to be openly acknowledged for the 5-star bar she set, met and far exceeded if. I spent 3 hours at this bank branch, didn't accomplish a thing, still left happy. Izzy spent 3 hours on this, the least I can do is give her some of my time to acknowledge her in this review.

Sir we are changing over our system and your data has not caught up with the update. Thanks! Then came the next email, we need your promissory note. Then went the phone call, Anthony getting kind of tired of this stop sending me this crap unless I actually owe you something. Nope! sir it looks good should be caught up soon. Then came the letter, sign this promissory note and return. Sitting in the lobby of NFCUACC to find out if anyone here is smart enough to make this stop. Zero Customer Concern! No Actual control of the process.

I have recently purchased my new apartment and MVB Mortgage was the one helped me to get the load…read more They worked with me almost 24/7 to secure my loan and meet the tight deadline I had (I had only 21 days to close the deal). When my bank heard the rate MVB gave to me, it disappeared and couldn't match it, so I knew that they gave me the best deal . I can get in the market. They were very responsive, fast to reply, and detailed in their work. They helped me, as a first-time buyer, get the loan with a very good rate and finished the process within the tight deadline I had. . I really recommend them. I am pleased to work with them

I just closed on my condo with them last week and are very happy with their service. Attentive to…read moredetail and very willing to walk through every single detail and/or question you have. I was a first time homebuyer and felt confident with the process with John and his team, Victoria and Josh, guiding me thorugh the process. The only downside is that while shopping for mortgages, I had stated I wanted a mortgage with no escrow (I'd rather manage my money myself and keep the money from the interest myself). John said that was possible, but only for a fee (a percent of the loan). Unfortunately it seems that escrows are built into the underwriting itself, so not much we could really do to get around the fee. Just know that if you don't want to escrow. Otherwise I am very pleased with their services.
