So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

Geek Squad informed me right away that it was a hardware problem and that it would shut down because it was overheating, so it shut down to protect the computer. This guy in my opinion is a thief and is looking for a quick payday.
