We have had countless problems with simple service requests, and the prices are now absolutely ridiculous. They recently quoted a repair that was twice what another reputable shop charged. Stay Away, they are dishonest and trick you on selling what is convenient to them even if you pay less it is not what you want, no same quality but higher margins for the business. Be careful with that. Stay away.... I asked for Michelin tires, they installed some cheap tires that is very unsafe because the margin is better for them Watch out! I did not realized it at all until 3 days later when I was checking out my new tires. I was very shocked and upset. I called they will buy them for $200 but that is it. This place is a joke . In my opinion I got ripped off. My sprinter van sat with them during the 2 months most of the time WITH THEM and this is used for my business It went in for radiator light on, they said I needed a new radiator and we also knew that we had an oil leak so I figured might as well get it done , then the owner called that your Turbos got oil in them , mind u the turbos we're working fine. On thinking him being honest I finally said ok. supposedly fix all came and paid $6000..;On our first delivery the radiator light came , called him and he said don't drive it and had it towed to the shop. Excuse the mechanic didn't tighten the clamp. Short story water kept leaking so he said ecu cooler was leaking $2500 . At this point I said now I had no confidenice in their work. Then the new Turbos stop working after 2-3 days later . Took it back ,, Excuse bad turbo , ordered another new one ,, same problem claims that was bad also ,, Ordered an upgraded turbo better manufacturer SAME PROBLEM , Water still leaking so took it to different mechanics solved the water leaking apparently it was water pump $700 not the $2500 he wanted for some cooler leaking, The oil fix was not really fixed still had it leaking a little : It was getting frustrating. so I called him apparently he went for a couple weeks during Christmas. in the meantime oil kept leaking a little, After he arrived from vacation he told me the bring it back . Told him turbos and the oil leak and this point I figured he would take it again and try to fix the problem. He said he had to do oil change because oil was low ,, obviously it was leaking . Turbos working presently which he claimed the Filter was clogged and had to clean out . Presented me a bill for $650 for all the things he couldn't fix. Oil still leaking , leaking water he did not fix , Had to settle paying $400 more to get my van out.. THEY RIPPED ME OFF. LIED AND IN MY OPINION THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY read more

Marcelo (front office) and his employees helped address a cylinder 5 misfire (bad spark plug and potentially coil) on my Toyota Sequoia. I was on a road-trip and needed a quick fix so they helped out somewhat rapidly. BUT they pushed their diagnostic fee which was ridiculous since I came in with the diagnosis and code. Plus, they recommended to change all plugs and coils when I said I didn't want to. Very aggressive mechanics with no empathy and terrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend and only came here since it was closest shop. read more

I called for a quote on a water pump replacement for my 06 Scion tC (which was $400 for anyone curious) and Falvio was assisting me over the phone. After telling him what was wrong he suggested I do not drive my car and gave me the number for a tow company. I used my insurance to cover the tow but once I got there they took the keys and would let me know what they found. By the end of the day they called and told me I needed a water pump, belt, and thermostat and let me know how much it would cost. I agreed and they said they would work on it first thing in the morning. 5:30 pm the next day they called and said it was ready to go. I didn't get off work until they closed but they assured me they would stay there until I arrived, and even offered me a ride to their location from my job close by. Flavio was there again and he saved my old water pump to show me how bad it actually was! My car was quieter than a mouse on the drive home, and has been great since. A few days after I got a text from Gilberto checking up on my car and asking if everything was good. The entire time the staff called me by my name, and not by the car I drove which was greatly appreciated. I had a wonderful experience and will be return to them in the future, as well as suggesting them to friends who live nearby as well. Best auto shop experience I've ever had! Thank you! read more

My mother took her Toyota Camry here to have it diagnosed. The old owners were great, the new owners however just tried to rip her off. $1000 to replace a valve cover gasket on a 4 cylinder engine. $250 to clean the throttle body. Every thing they wanted to do under their measure of a "tune-up" was outrageously overpriced. Anyone who works on cars or understands the process of the two jobs mentioned would know this is an absolute joke. Both jobs combined could be completed in less than an hour. I have had several excellent experiences here. They are very honest and reasonable. I called once right before they were closing with a nail in my tire and a dead battery in my husband's car- they told me to come on in with both cars and had both issues taken care of within 20 minutes. They also helped me order LED headlights on amazon for my son's car and put them in at a minimal cost. Everyone is always very helpful and personable. New management. Smooth talkers but beware. I brought our car back because a problem they serviced 2 months ago continues. They are trying to say that they never worked on it for this issue so not their problem. In March 2024 I brought in my father's (rarely used) Avalon specifically for shaking/shimmying. The shaking was the whole reason I brought it in. In March I stood at their counter while both Marco and Hector gave me detailed explanations of how the bad coils/plugs caused poor mixing and were causing the shaking/throttling. So, new spark plugs/coils done = $1200. But shaking continues. Brought it back and now told this same problem is caused by 1 worn out tire. They actually say with a straight face that they have no prior record of this "shaking" from March and that the $1200 service was for simply for a check engine light. Nice switch, right? I have my copy of the March service record where I made notes of the explanation they were giving to me for the shaking. No accountability for the prior, expensive diagnosis. We had brought our cars here since 1990 under prior owner Flavio (who is gone.) Im waiting to hear back on their final resolution for this issue, and will update the review depending. read more

Every time I take my car in they claim they will call me when service is done but, I wait hours and I have to call myself for a status update. Give them three stars. They are a mom and pop shop but they are more expensive then if you went someplace else. I've been there before to get a plug in my tire which they are responsibly priced. I needed work to my tires and the rods underneath. I dropped it off they told me an hr they would call me with a quote. Three hrs later they called me with a quote that was tripled the amount than expected as well as triple the amount that the parts actually cost. I went and picked up my car as it was a ridiculous amount for what needed to be done. I took it here because it was close to my house, I took it to another shop and they could do it for a fraction of the price. Just make sure you get a quote before having any work done, I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a woman and the car that I drive. read more

I highly recommend this shop - they are fantastic! I was stranded with a flat tire at an Orlando resort. Flavio worked with my daughter (who was helping me all the way from NJ!) to get someone out to the resort to put on my spare and get me to the shop for repair. Jorge was awesome - he litterally changed my tire in 5 minutes and had me follow him to the shop. I am not exaggerating when I say I was at their shop for less than 30 minutes - they patched not one, but 2 tires, and got me on the road again! Had them take a look at it, figured out it was a older issue that appeared more after the tire was filled up. They still fixed it for me even though they didn't do it. I recently had an auto problem while in Kissimmee, stopped at a local shop...they took care of the problem and then told me I needed brakes...all four. Not having time then so a few days later I went to Universal and left my car to have brakes done. My experience here was better than most other experiences I've had with mechanics in the Central Florida area (And I've had a lot). About a month back I had a hard click when turning on my car and it would not start. I had to call AAA and luckily they picked me up in 30 minutes. After being dropped off at the service station they checked out my car and told me it was probably my starter. They said within 3 hours it would be done which seemed reasonable to me. Even better was that this shop is literally right behind Dueling Dragons and Universal so if you have an annual pass killing time is no biggie. I went to the parks and caught a few rides and after coming back about 2 hours later it was already done. I was charged for an hour of labor so my total came out to about $350. I had no idea at the time if it was fair as im clueless when it comes to automobiles but after getting quotes from some of my auto-savy friends I saw that it was a more than fair price. If anything goes wrong in the future I'll probably be back, universal studios really helps with the monotony of waiting on car repairs. read more

There should be a zero stars option for this company. One of my rear brakes was grinding last Saturday. They gave me a $722 quote for a rear brake job-new calipers, new rotors, and new brake pads. I did not allow them to do this work. I took it to another mechanic who kept the existing calipers, turned the rotors, and installed new brake pads. My bill was $181. Dishonest to say the least.
