Rather than bury two extension cords in conduit he decided to bury electric and used Kings Electric, Ray specifically to do it. It turned out fabulous and I appreciate both companies as they've made me one very happy lady who won't have to worry about tripping over extension cords this winter and for future winters to come! I appreciate the time and effort given by both companies and Steve for going above and beyond expectations! Thank you seems like it's not enough so I'll say, like my mom used to say, God love ya....

One of the better newer ones he had seen in the Spokane area! And to top everything off, I had a situation arise with a different company who was acting as the site super/general contractor and they were not keeping their site clean. They wouldn't take responsibility, but passed me off to Ruda, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue and exceeded my expectations in doing so. The could have passed me back to the general contractor, but instead they prioritized my satisfaction as a customer. For this, I'm extremely grateful. So, to recap, Ruda Construction does great work and they are really hifh-quality people. Why wouldn't you want to hire them for your job?!

Once the shower was fixed we paid them and will be hiring someone else to finish the grout and mistake in flooring around door frame. Attention to detail doesn't appear to be a priority to Simon. The builder walked off job, because he refused to replace with correct product. C .Parsons will claim he quit, he did, because of the poor job. Sub contractors allege Parsons is a slow pay. Sub contractors allege money withheld and false claim made money was refunded to client (me). Allege Idaho public records show another lawsuit filed as recent as July of 2025.
