There is lots of treadmills, cardio machines, a track, a basketball court, a full weight room and a second floor of free weights, and many group fitness classes. The only complaint I would have is that the hours get a little weird around the summer/when there isn't class, so make sure to check ahead of time, but all in all an excellent gym!

It was cold, but we moved around and went hiking and spotted lots of bugs all over the trees that kids got to tally up. They had a fun puppet show that they were a part of. They got to meet and pet a turtle, snake, and alligator. It was so much fun and totally recommended this place for your kids.
