She was extremely kind and helpful, asked me questions that helped choose a unit that would best suit my needs. She picked one close to the elevator so I didn't need to walk far, which I really appreciated. I was impressed with the level of detail she provided along with the great move in special rate I received. I was equally impressed when I went in to sign paperwork. The guy covered every detail and answered every question before I could ask it, he was kind, professional & very informative. As for the actual storage, you will not find a more safe, secure, clean and well kept facility. I was extremely impressed with the actual facility and my space was immaculate. Each building contains 2 carts they allow you to use at no extra charge, so I did not need to purchase my own. The climate controlled unit, cleanliness, helpful & professional staff and security are well worth the money. This is the "Cadillac" of storage facilities in my opinion & I highly recommend this facility. This is the BEST storage experience I have ever had, best service and best facility. Ray the manager sets the bar for the customer service that most businesses are lacking with the personalized service he gives. This company is very lucky to have him as a manager of this property. He will work his magic to find the best unit he can to meet your needs and budget. He and staff go above and beyond day and night to ensure customers are taken care of. I wanted to share my experience talking to this facility. A family member has a storage unit at…read moreanother company. 3 months after they moved in, the rate nearly doubled. With this in mind I called this facility for my own storage needs to ask about rates and if it might also go up after several months or if the price was reliable long term. At first the woman I spoke seemed very professional and knowledgeable. But she began to give me the run around. Not only do their prices change seasonally, they can't tell you how much a unit will cost more than 10 days in advance because they do dynamic pricing (lots of units available = cheaper). I understand this approach to pricing but it was as if she was doing her very best not to admit it by giving me long, unnecessarily complicated explanations and repeating herself rather than saying it simply, as I just did for this review. I moved on to another question. Is there an option for committing for a longer period of time (ie: 1 year) for a better rate or to guarantee the same price every month? While she mentioned that we are welcome to prepay for a year, she would not directly say if this was or not a possibility to guarantee our rate for any period of time. Then she went back into describing dynamic pricing again. Either she is the worst communicator in the world, or she was trying to avoid having to say, "no, there's no way to guarantee your rent will not go up after you move in. She also alluded to it all comes down to what I might be able to "negotiate with the manager." Sounds like trying to buy a car! I finally gave up when it was clear she was never going to give me a straight answer.
