My previous bridge, which was done by another dentist in 1994, lasted more than 30 years before it finally became loose. Because of that, I decided to replace it with three implants. I started treatment in mid-December and completed the process in mid-May, receiving my molar zirconia crowns about five months later. The procedure went smoothly, and I am pleased with the final result. My only concern was that when everything was completed, I was asked to sign a document stating that the zirconia crowns were covered by only a one-year warranty, even though I had originally been told the warranty would be five years. Hopefully, that won't matter, and the implants, abutments, and crowns will last as long as my previous bridge. Overall, the staff was professional, and the experience was positive.

He is professional yet personable at the same time and takes the extra step to make sure I feel comfortable before my cleanings. Throughout my procedures, he makes sure to check that I am doing okay. I have been with him for years at his previous office and though it is quite a drive out, keeping Dr. Tran as my dentist is worth it for me. Every time I go they try and push additional items. Laser cleanings, which I deny every time. They keep asking for me to remove my wisdom teeth but I have no crowding or cavities. Just came this weekend had a appointment at 10:45am. Showed up as recommended and they did not get me seen until 11:30am. They take me in for x rays which I did not need. See the dentist, and he says we will get you set up for a cleaning. X-rays plus dentist took less than 5 minuets. At 11:52am they come back and tell me the hygienist is busy she will be there at in 30 min. At 12:57pm they come in and tell me I have no cleaning scheduled and they have no availability to meet me. I wasn't scheduled for service even though all I was scheduled for was a cleaning, because they told me I have to keep up my gum health with increased visits. DO NOT GO. VERY BAD DENTIST AND BAD PRACTICE.

During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.
