I was having an emergency bcoz my wisdom tooth was coming in and the pain was unbearable. they got back to me super quick and were able to check me the same day, then luckily scheduled my extraction for the next day I had already been dealing with the pain for almost 2 weeks, so I was really grateful they were able to help that fast. It was definitely a little pricey esp for me as a college student but I do feel like it was worth it. they also worked with us and our insurance which helped bring the cost down, and we were able to figure out a payment plan that worked for us !! the procedure was quick and everyone was really nice, careful, and attentive, especially with my other health concerns. also, the front desk, Isabella, was really helpful throughout everything. super thankful for how everything went read more

***Today (09/16/2026) I had another visit with Inland Choice Dental and this time was 2 teeth extractions per orthodontist recommendation. After got home, about 45mins to 60mins of feeling a little bit of soreness, I felt nothing afterward. I gotta enjoyed my day talking to my mom and taking a walk with my husband. My mom said, "really no pain?" And I said" yes" and my husband laughed when I acted normal because he knew I would be so mad when I am in pain and he is happy I am not mad :) The technique Dr. Andrew Choi used after teeth extraction really helps with healing and provides pain free comfort. Extractions were done skillfully with no pain at all. The little squishy(Mr. Tooth) really helped with my stress but it was all because I am scared of dentists and needles in general. Staff gave me a squishy and that was helpful. I told myself to get the squeeze ball I have at home but I forgot and when I was given Mr. Tooth, that made my day. Thank you Dr. Andrew Choi and Staff. You guys rock!!! I normally don't write review unless they are really good or really bad. In this case, I love Inland Choice Dental. For every business, it doesnt matter it's a hospitality business or dental, doctor, or any other kind, the first impression when your patient or client walk in is the welcome they feel. I did feel that. Everyone smiled when I walked in and to be honest, I had not had a good experience with a dental office and this is my first. Front staff is friendly not only that they mentioned they have coffee for us as patients to enjoy while waiting . Secondly, the cleaning experience was fantastic. The hygienist is gently and friendly. I am not high pain tolerant and I am really scared of pain. My teeth are sensitive because of gum recession and teeth cleaning is not something I am looking forward but it was great. It was not bad at all. :) I didn't get her name but thank you. She did more than what I had experienced at other offices. Meeting with Dr. Choi was the last thing and he actually explained pretty much I wondered about my teeth. Had my 6 month cleaning done. This place was great when I had PPO. Now that I just go to get the cleaning done. The treatment is different. The front office girls that used to be there were super friendly and welcoming and called you by your name. This time around I saw long faces, frowns, and attitude from the front desk Keidy. She was super rude. The energy in this office felt heavy and negative. And on top of that my appointment was canceled with no explanation or even given the opportunity to work with me. Sadly, I no longer will recommend this office to friends or family. replying: to Dr Andrew I wasn't trying to bypass the exam like you posted and I was not frustrated because I can get required exams and ex-rays. I haven't been able to afford dental care, don't have insurance but due to an emergency I have no choice but to go in. Before coming here I looked around for other dental offices, aside from being promptly available after sharing the severity of my visit this was the best choice I made, I had been nervous to visit a dentist office due to a bad experience and it's been a long time, when coming here they treated me kindly and made me feel welcomed. There were several things that I wanted the advice from the dentist and while I did my exam and asked me about my visit he was able to prioritize all my concerns and even put me at ease on things that I thought were concerning. When I arrived at Inland Choice Dental, I came with a LOT of problems: tons of cavities, a broken tooth, missing teeth and a lot of shame and embarrassment. It's been a long journey for me but I'm forever grateful that the first question Dr. Andrew asked me before he started doing anything was "What has been your experience with the dentist?" I was able to open up about the traumatizing experience I had with my previous dentist and Dr. Andrew was so compassionate towards me. He and his staff were so kind, welcoming and COMPASSIONATE. He assured me that my teeth weren't even that bad (even though I felt that they were in the worst condition) and that we were going to work it out. He gave me what the other dentist didn't: hope.
