Booked with Unlimited for the 2nd time in the past 12 months. I used them for my Casino night party and was pleased with how easy it was and how the items met our needs perfectly. I decided to use them again for my mom's 70th birthday party. I did look at other local places but Unlimited has an easy-to-use online booking site and they are extremely responsive. Made a reservation for 20 chairs and two bar tables like a month in advance for a small gathering I was hosting. When I got the confirmation they added two table cloths for the bar tables -which was fine I was planning to just use plastic but figured id splurge a little I guess. They would not offer delivery on this order because it was too small. I think it said orders under $200 do not get delivery. The day of I had asked my father in law to go pick everything up with his truck while I was at work. He sent me a picture to confirm and I saw those plastic cheapy chairs in his truck instead of the nice folding brown metal chairs I selected online. I called to let them know- but those were the right chairs apparently... they do not have folding metal chairs but they use the picture online of metal chairs. They were nice enough to accommodate me with different folding chairs (I have some big guys in my family I needed some sturdy chairs) and was thinking they would not charge me the difference ($30 something dollars) since they were misleading with my order but got the charge after all. No big deal I guess... They mentioned to me on the phone that the chairs they had available had just gotten dropped off from an event over the weekend and they would do their best to send the cleanest chairs. I don't think they tried too hard because the chairs were JACKED UP. Filthy, chipped up, some looked like a dog had chewed up the edges - AND three were broken or jammed or something they would not fold out. I did call two other places to get quotes 6 plus weeks before my event and neither place would book me and I felt like because it was a small order and it was memorial weekend they wanted to keep their inventory available for bigger events so I was glad to find UER and they did accept my order. read more

I had to rent some fancy fringe-y boho umbrellas and other accoutrements for the bridal shower I was hosting for my beautiful future daughter-in-love, and Brooke at Unlimited Event Rentals made my rental experience a treat!! I wanted all the neutral with dusty rose and dusty blue accents, and it turned out magically!! I will definitely rent from here again. My only recommendation is that if you need to rent tablecloths, make sure you rent early because they had run out of all the colors of my shower because wedding and shower season is upon us. So I rented the napkins in those accent colors and purchased my neutral sand-colored tablecloths online. I recommend renting the macrame and gauze table runners... it looks gorgeous!! Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Unlimited. Their equipment was subpar and customer service unprofessional. The delivery truck dropped off the equipment and left an oil stain on our paver driveway. The black swivel bar stools we rented had no protective rubber on bottoms, metal was exposed. We have hardwood floors, so we had to go out and tape up all the bottoms. We also rented a large metal ice bucket and it leaked on our countertop and onto floor during our party. I complained about all to their management and the response basically was that we were lying about it. Extremely unprofessional handling of the situation and I do not recommend this company. read more

I don't know about all these 5 star reviews. Are they from family? Are the reviewers paid? My experience was NOTHING like what I am reading. Ordered 6 6' tables and 1 8' table. The tables were horrible - old and splintery. Table legs made it impossible to fit 3 chairs on one side - if this was going to be an issue with the chairs we had chosen, maybe they could have informed us when we placed the order? And one 6' table did not match the others! It was about 3" shorter than the rest. This was a huge problem because we had tables lined up right next to each other. Linens were dirty, pilled, and did not match.....As in different tablecloths with different seams, different corners, etc. The table cloths were too big for the tables. Heaters were old and scarred. Thank goodness our party was at night so the dilapidated state of the rentals wasn't as obvious. When I realized the tables were not the same, I called and left not one but two messages over the course of a few hours asking them to bring us matching tables. NO RESPONSE. NONE. Thus, this bad review. We trusted the reviews and went with a new party rental company....we learned our lesson. Stick with what works. But they are the ones who ultimately will pay the price...we have lots of parties and know lots of people. We will never use this company again nor will we ever recommend them. (The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the men who delivered were very friendly. Although, I should have known something was up when they showed up in a beater truck and without tools necessary to assemble the heaters.) read more
