They provided lounge furniture, cabana 10x20, tables, chairs, backdrop, and a bar for my 50th birthday party. They also give you pillows to match your theme. They are very busy so they work a lot through text messaging. But do not be discouraged... they deliver!!!! My party would not have been as amazing without them. I definitely recommend!!! read more

Honest review. I hate leaving negative reviews but with how important my wedding day was to us, I have to leave one for future brides and grooms. - Never answered a single phone call - handled everything via text. - Couldn't get an invoice sent to me showing correct colors/choices. - Delivery was late and inaccurate. Chairs and tables were missing!!! I had to have 40 or so guests stand during my ceremony. Then had to have one of my best friends miss my ceremony because she was waiting on the additional tables to be delivered to finish up the center pieces - luckily I had texts/screenshots to prove my order because they were originally denying the order was inaccurate to my wedding planner.... Positive - they did respond quickly via text and helped me with my table/chair layout....which is why I was so confused their delivery was wrong. Also, they did refund missing rentals. read more

Amazing experience. I was a bit worried since I didn't talk to anyone live on the phone, but, through text they checked all the items on the list I sent them and confirmed availability. Check out process was so easy and fast! They came on time to the event to drop off, & the staff are very professional and set up beautifully. This business is great find and recommended by my favorite party planner Janina of Elegant Party Rentals! We wanted to create a karaoke lounge at home for our daughter's 13th birthday. The products are modern and upscale and service was thorough, attentive and on schedule. I would rate more than 100%! The truck arrived as promised and it was a quality vehicle and showed they put attention and care in their business. Sofas, benches,stools, tables were wrapped in plastic and looked brand new - not one stain or mark. How do they do that with white? Lizette offered color options on pillows and it added a nice pop of color to complement the space. The tables had LED bulbs with multiple color options to glow at night. It was beautiful and looked like a glamorous lounge. Our guests gave so many compliments on our set up. I keep telling friends about this business because it's not an easy business type to find and Lizette's operation has figured it out perfectly! read more

WORST COMMUNICATION! Don't make this mistake. If you want to be worried the entire time from placing your order until the delivery day, then this is the company for you. To be a rental company, you would want to give the customers a sense of peace and punctuality but this company is awful. I placed an order online, seemed pretty easy, rented ottomans and marquee letters and numbers. After a few days, I realized they didn't have a comment section on the order form indicating which letters and numbers I wanted to rent. I tried calling them, went to voicemail box that was full. Texted them, finally got a response a few hours later. From the moment I placed the order until the end, I did not speak to a human person. The communication back and forth was only through text, with them responding hours later in short, quick, responses. When you rent out such important furniture and decorations for your event, you want to hire a reliable, communicative and organized company and this was not it. They told me delivery would be after 12pm on a Friday. At 4:40pm I texted about when they would be arriving. I didn't get a response until 7:14pm telling me that the delivery will be before 10pm. Not only did I have to sit at home waiting for their response and wondering if this was a scam, what kind of company delivers at 10pm??? As 10pm rolls around, there is no word from anyone on whether or not this delivery is really going to happen. At this point I am convinced that this company is really a scam!!! I finally get a response back and now they are saying they will arrive at 10:50pm. I ask them to tell the driver to call me when they are getting close. They arrive at my house at 11:35pm. I spent almost 12 hours waiting for this delivery with little communication. When the delivery shows up, the tiny truck is filled to the brim of other furniture rentals. Our stuff is all the way in the front of the truck. It took another hour for the delivery guys to unload all the other rental furniture to get to our stuff to unload. The men looked exhausted and overworked. I felt really bad for them, it seemed that this company was trying to save money by sending this one tiny truck out for deliveries and pickups all day which caused the delay. I would never use this company again as they are unbelievably unreliable. Don't say I didn't warn you. read more

I was so lucky to have find this place. I needed some seating since I was hosting a party for 30 people. I called Lizette at 4:45pm on a Friday, one day before my Saturday party which was to start at 2pm. She was so nice and luckily the pieces I was interested in were available. Many places wouldn't have agreed to rent to me so last minute especially considering the distance, but Lizette was unfazed. The lounge furniture was delivered on time on Saturday, it was clean and the delivery people were really nice and polite. They promptly picked up the furniture on Sunday.
