There's breast cancer on BOTH sides of my family, as she should / would have known if she had been bothered to read the paperwork that I filled out prior to seeing her or even asked me about breast cancer history. After what seemed like an eternity, we went into a room, with like four people (I don't know why they need so many for a simple treatment?) but, I guess I was being used to train a new person. The providers are great so don't let this issue not make pick them... but their support staff stinks and just expect the same issue. ****update**** I called corporate to file a complaint (patient relations department) and my issue was fixed that day. The letter for medical necessity I needed for my insurance company was first requested on July 9, I got it on on the 11th of January. ****update**** the letter said "this test was medically necessary." It took me 6 months to get a letter that stated that.... and that is not even what I asked for.... what an absolute joke!!! Do NOT use!!!

They put a side note it in the after visit summary and state that you were then made aware and are responsible for the bill. Insurance will deny payment for the tests and you are stuck paying out of pocket for test you would never have done. Thats the last dollar you will ever get from me. Shame on NW medicine for only caring about billing codes and profits not the patient
