Brown papered the box, completely taped it, label, taped the sticker label to make sure. She said no brown paper. I suggested she touch the brown paper. It ALL under the tape. Not good enough for her. Had to go home again to repack. I honestly think it's because I'm white that she hates me..... if I can, I'll never use FedEx ever!!
