Instead of the premium experience they paid for, this company delivered double-booked vehicles, failed commitments, unprofessional drivers, and severe security failures. What Happened: Double-Booking & Scheduling Failures: Despite text and email confirmations, the company double-booked a bus and gave the couple just one hour's notice. Rather than executing the itinerary, the drivers spent 30 to 45 minutes of our paid event time arguing with the bride and groom when they should have been hosting their guests. Missing Belongings After Driver Assurances: Before a 1-hour stop on Fremont Street, our driver Nick, explicitly told us we could leave our bags onboard, assuring us he was staying with the vehicle. When we returned, a large backpack hidden in a rear cubby--containing multiple pairs of new shoes, event clothing, two pairs of sunglasses, personal items, and a travel credit card--was completely gone. My husband was the last person off the bus and the first person back on. Conflicting Stories & Deflection: When confronted, the driver (Nick) panicked and offered contradictory stories that changed repeatedly--first blaming family guests, then claiming he spoke to the other driver Matt and confirmed the second driver took the bag to his bus. The second driver flatly denied this ever happened. Credit Card Fraud: At 7:30 AM the next morning, the credit card from the missing bag was fraudulently used less than two miles from where the buses had been staged. We obtained store footage showing a transient man in possession of the bag and wearing my husband's clothes--clothing that looked like pajamas on him because my husband is 6'5". Unprofessional Management Response: The original driver Nick failed to show up for day two with zero explanation. The owner Alan, entirely dismissed the incident, boasting about their business income rather than taking accountability or offering a resolution. They deflected by claiming their cameras were live but did not record, and insisted our family must have taken the bag. The bag was approximately 15+ pounds and stuffed, too big to carry around discreetly especially in 106+ degree weather, their story(ies) didn't add up. While their fine print disclaims liability for lost items, guests were repeatedly assured the vehicle was secure at each stop both nights! We all openly laughed at them on the second night. If we could have pivoted to a new service the 2nd night with our 30 guests, we would have cancelled both buses after the first night, but they already paid thousands of dollars. Spending thousands of dollars only to have your schedule derailed and your property stolen from a locked vehicle is unacceptable. Save your money and book a reputable, trustworthy transportation service with integrity. Otherwise, you risk having your event ruined and your guests filing police reports and insurance claims to replace their stolen property. What a joke! Booked well in advance, over a month out. About three weeks before our departure date, I saw my credit card was charged $200, which wasn't the agreed upon price (it was actually more). When I called, the man who answers the phone said he mistakenly charged my card for someone else's trip. I was issued a refund right away which wasn't a concern at the time (but should have been). I was a little anxious about the pickup, which was to be at 3:45am, since the company already seemed to be a little shady however the pickup was fine. Then exactly one week later, NO ONE came for the pickup at the airport. Our flight came in at 10pm and we waited 40 minutes. Mind you there were seven of us, with four kids from 16-8 years of age. We waited at both the regular passenger pickup and also at zero level (we split our group up to wait). Nothing better than being gone for a week to discover we have no ride home at 10:45pm. We ended up taking two taxis home. I read a previous review which said another big party never got picked up. Along with the erroneous charge beforehand, I felt like the company was a little shady and guess what?!?! They are. We tried to contact the driver and the main business line that night but never received an answer. When I called to request a refund for our return trip home, the man on the phone was extremely apathetic and didn't even seem to realize we hadn't paid for the initial pickup from home yet. Would never use them again and if you choose to do so, make sure you have Uber or taxi backup available.

I called asking about airport transportation and said I needed both ways and the lady said it was the usual amount I have paid with other companies. I had given her my flight information for my arrival flight and my return flight. Looking back at it now it seems like she was trying to ignore the return trip back to the airport. The driver arrived on time which was good, but when I asked if I could go somewhere and get juice and pop he kept pushing me to a liquor store saying they would have what I needed. I don't drink but whatever. We get there and the drinks were $6 for a 2 liter. The place was in a dark area and seemed kind of shady. They didn't have what I really wanted but I got something and spent $25 on 4 2 liters. After I got back to the limo the driver goes back inside it almost seemed like he gets a kickback to take us to that place which makes sense because of how adamant he was about going there. We arrive at the hotel after a 35 minute trip from pickup at airport to the hotel. I never received anything about the return trip back to the airport so I called the morning of and asked. I was told that no I wasn't in the system and they don't offer round trip service from the airport. They want you to pay double what you would pay with other limo services in the area. I didn't bother getting into it I know I was super clear that I thought I was getting round trip service. If you don't offer that tell me when I book. If I have to pay each way tell me when I book. But don't just book me for the trip from the airport and ignore all the times I said I needed return service leaving me hanging on the day I am supposed to return home. It just seems like Vegas has changed a lot recently when you go to a some restaurants they ask you what side do you want making it sound like it is included with the meal when it is not. It seems like everyone is out to just get money from you now there and not care about future business by you. It's disappointing because in Vegas they used to treat you very well and I always would tip very well because I liked being treated well. We were going to move forward with booking again per their message instructing to do so, and now they say they can't book out over three months in advance. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.
