I came back about 10 minutes later politely asking to speak to the manager (I admit I was a little mad but still very reasonable) and the security guy literally shoved me out. I called when I got home still trying to give them one very last chance to listen to me and hear my side and the person on the phone said "shut the f*** up." Very poor service, very poor business, and very unprofessional on the phone. I'm probably banned, and I don't care I'm never going back anyway. If you want to save yourself a night (and a dollar), I would recommend never considering here. And yeah, you probably know who I am, and I'm not sorry for any of this.

Definitely my kind of place, easy, casual, good music on, and a friendly bartender. I asked if I could order food and the bartender being alone, thought for a second and then offered to handle it herself since the cook had gone home. I was poured a tall Rum and Dr. Pepper and then my burger was being cooked. I was worried it would be over cooked. But I was pleasantly surprised with exactly what I wanted, what i was in the mood for. The burger was fine, typical bar food, no issues with it and it wasnt overdone at all. The fries were my favorite, not fried too long, still a little soft in places, and looked like they had been cut in house. Think I'll hang out here for a little while longer. The dueling pianos and drums don't start until 9PM and then the crowds converge. Looked like a loty of local college kids frequent this place. Good to see many of the younger crowd appreciate the piano pop favorites. Chaz, Steve's son and drummer, really belts out the country classics and looks like he is having a great time playing with dad. It's great to see the live music scene is alive in Downtown Spokane.
