This is located at the end of town. You can play beer pong. They have it set up . You can dance and they have other games as well. We only stayed for a drink and during that time had a nice time. We came at a off hour so the place was empty. They give away free condoms and have safe sex packages for you to take. Great idea. Interesting group that works the counter. This place is a dive but very friendly. Drinks are very typical. Nothing fancy. They have a few beers on tap. Not sure if they offer food.

Entry way!

One word (repeated three times): JENKY JENKY JENKY…read more Jenky : def 1) A product that is sub standard and is usually of the poorest quality or considered low rent. def 2) Something being just plain stupid, idiotic or wrong. ex 1.)Larry was wearing the jenky shoes he bought at the thrift shop. ex 2.)OJ trying to get back his memoribilia was the jenkiest idea he's had in a while. ex 3.) Going to Uno was the ALL-TIME Jenkiest idea. OF ALL TIME. I'm not sure a single patron here was ACTUALLY over 21 besides my friend and myself. This place is ridiculously filthy, low-class and just plain ghetto. To top off the night, some jackass stole my phone. Well, lemme rewind... My phone fell out of my pocket. My friend saw someone pick up a phone and turn it in to the manager before she realized it was, in fact MY phone. Turns out, finders-keepers, because when we went to ask the manager for the phone he had JUST received... he lied to our faces and said he didn't have one. So, fast forward three days (waiting for this dump to reopen) and I FINALLY get a human being on the phone who says there's no phone in the safe, but to come down and ask in person. So I do. I talk to ALL the bouncers, the guy with the metal detecting wand (really?!), the chola at coat check, the bartender and all the smarmy managers only to find out the manager who was on duty Saturday night WASN'T EVEN THERE and wouldn't be until the following night... so I should come back and talk to him again. Fast forward another day - Cool, dudes. Well, I filed a police report for my phone. It wasn't even a cool or fancy phone you can sell on craigslist. Just a phone that gets me in touch with my clients, who are my family. A phone with 628 irreplaceable photos of my family, friends and kids on a memory card. A phone that I can't afford to replace, because I was barely making ends meet as it was. One might ask why I was out if I couldn't afford to be... well A: it's not really your business and b: it was a girls night out... something I never do... and my friend was footing the bill because she wanted me there *that* badly. Enjoy the phone, I guess. I hope it's worth it. In closing, maybe you should look into this: integrity Pronunciation: \in-te-gr-t\ Function: noun Etymology: Middle English integrite, from Middle French & Latin; Middle French integrité, from Latin integritat-, integritas, from integr-, integer entire Date: 14th century 1 : firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values : incorruptibility 2 : an unimpaired condition : soundness 3 : the quality or state of being complete or undivided : completeness synonyms see honesty

Tuesdays are especially horrendous. The under 21 crowd pulls every loser thug in town trying to get his perv on. Security cannot protect the patrons or even keep weapons out of the club (they have no female security checking the girls who just sneak weapons in for thugs). Their entire business model is based on cover charge so they jam the place over capacity.

We had a great time at Iron Horse! We just came here for drinks and live music…read more The place looks big. It looks like it's broken up to two sections. There's games in the back, an area for musicians to perform live music, and one bar area. It didn't look like there were servers, and there was one line for the bar, so we assumed that in order to get a drink, we needed to line up at the bar, which we did. The live band was great. They played a few covers that everyone was familiar with. The crowd seemed to have a great time dancing. There were people at the dance floor at all times. I'm not sure if this is a local's spot or if everyone was just super friendly, but it seemed like a lot of the crowd knew each other. Great place to hang out at night with some live music and drinks.

This is the fourth time I've been to the music venue at the Iron Horse on Tuesday night. Jay does…read morean excellent job at taking reservations and reserving tables for everyone. The band is incredible. The food is good. The young man pouring water and bussing table is VERY attentive and does a great job. The rest of the service is horrible. Tonight I was seated at 5:45 PM. At 6:30 I still had not been greeted by my waitress. When she was at the next table, I waved her over. She waved back but didn't take come to my table. At 6:45 I went to the bar in the next room and had a beer poured in about 90 seconds. At 7:15 I saw my waitress at an order entry kiosk so I got up, walked over, stood behind her for about 5 minutes while she was entering orders. Finally, I tapped her on the shoulder and told her I'd like to order dinner. She said she'd be right over as soon as she got her orders entered "I Promise!" At 7:45, TWO HOURS after being seated, I left, without ever having a chance to order. My previous three visits I found service to be very, very slow. Tonight it was horrible. There were two waitresses for the entire room. I didn't count how many were seated, I'm guessing around 70. Two waitresses who were running their butts off but couldn't keep up. This is a management issues, not the case of lazy or inept waitresses. When I was standing behind my waitress, waiting, I observed she was entering the orders into their order system. She had already copied everything down on a paper pad, now she had to re-enter it onto their system. Most companies give their waiters / waitresses an iPhone like device where the order is entered and transmitted to the kitchen. One and done. This place makes them do it twice. Completely wasted 10 to 12 minutes. The inefficiency of the order entry system coupled with a grossly understaffed waiters/waitresses results in frustrated customers. In my four visits, my observations are the same. Not enough waitresses, inefficient systems, slow kitchen. After my departure, I went to Texas Roadhouse. 90 seconds after sitting down my waitress was there to take my drink order. Beer in less than 2 minutes. Placed my order, 2 or 3 minutes later my salad arrived. 12 - 15 minutes after finishing my salad my rib eye arrived, cooked perfectly. $55 I planned to spend at Iron Horse went to Texas Roadhouse. I observed at Iron Horse most of the tables around me received their drinks no less than 45 minutes after ordering, followed by meals 30 minutes after that. Restaurants make a lot of profit with drinks. They are missing the boat big time. 45 minutes with nothing in their hand could have resulted in two or three drinks, vs. one during the 3 hours of music. I'm done with Iron Horse. 40 minutes driving each way, $7 to park and horrible service. There are lots of restaurants with good music, good food AND good service.

What happened tonight was beyond unacceptable. I brought a group in to celebrate our niece's 21st birthday. The second we walked up to the bar, the bartender--an absolute piss boy--already had a nasty, cocky attitude. He was openly mocking customers while laughing with his little boytoy sitting at the bar, clearly more interested in performing for his friend than doing his job. We politely asked for a pitcher of Hazy. He immediately snapped, "WHICH BEER? Are you literally even using your ears?!" We calmly repeated that we wanted the Hazy. He then yelled, "Yo, are y'all fucking deaf?" We were visibly shocked and confused, still trying to communicate clearly while being verbally abused. He then proceeded to pour the wrong beer. When we said, "Sir, we said the Hazy," he threw a tantrum--dumped the beer out aggressively, threw his hands up, and got visibly angry like a child being corrected. He then screamed, "I SAID HOW MANY GLASSES--CAN'T YOU HEAR?!" The entire time, his boytoy was laughing hysterically, and the bartender kept looking over at him for validation like a middle school kid trying to impress his crush. It was humiliating, uncomfortable, and embarrassing to witness. When he finally asked what else we wanted, we were ordering a Malibu pineapple for our niece. As we quickly double-checked with her, he screamed again, "Hurry the fuck up and tell me what you want." Immediately after, he and his little friend celebrated--laughing, dapping each other up, and acting like being a complete asswipe to paying customers was the highlight of their night. For context, we are bartenders ourselves who work down the street. We are patient, respectful, and extremely generous tippers--especially to industry staff. We don't expect smiles or special treatment, but we do expect basic human decency. What we experienced was vile, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. This piss boy should not be allowed behind a bar, and frankly appeared intoxicated or otherwise unfit to be serving alcohol. One employee single-handedly ruined what should have been a special night and seriously damaged the reputation of a place we've supported for years. Do better.
