Flavorful, but I like my salsa thicker with a bit of kick. This had no kick whatsoever. The chips were thick and crunchy. I'm in town for 15 more nights. I may try again if the mood strikes me. From the fresh tortillas to the quality of the meat and ingredients, you can't go wrong with whatever you order. I prefer the tacos just because of the tortillas but everything is great. Also, a great selection of sauce from mild to hot. Service is quick and attentive. Definitely a must try if you haven't had it yet. 10/10 recommend! We stopped here on our drive to Philly & so happy we did. We arrived a few minutes before they closed unknowingly & they were so kind. Most places now would have said takeout only but they were more than accommodating and were fine with us dining in. The food was fantastic and so authentic. We started with chips & guacamole - so flavorful & fresh even at the end of the night. We split a bunch of tacos: birria, Al pastor, fish, and steak. The Al pastor & fish tacos were our favorite. After a hike, my girlfriend & I decided to try Uno Taqueria for the first time. I'm normally vegan, but I decided to flex to vegetarian so I could get something without complicating anything for anyone. I probably could have asked them to skip the cheese and sour cream, but I got into the habit of flexing on these while traveling with my GF. I got a vegetable burrito and it was delicious. In a lot of cases when getting "vegetable burritos", it's just a few pepper & onion slices, but this place did me solid: peppers, onions, cauliflower, and mushrooms! The burrito wrap was generously filled with content. It was all seemingly grilled and had a smokey flavor (and I'm betting shared surfaces for cooking, but I'll cope). The rice, beans, and cheese were also good. The tortilla seemed freshly made, per the signage, and I liked its toasted flavor. It took about a half hour to go from receiving the food to driving home and eating it, so a burrito here might be crispier if you eat immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with the burrito. My GF got a birria burrito and a ground beef taco. She really enjoyed the taco and was content with the burrito. She'd go back for the taco at least, and I would happily get the vegetarian burrito or one of the other three or four vegetarian options. The woman who took my order was nice and the atmosphere was casual, a bit noisy, and not at all busy (we were there between meal hours, seems). I hope they get more business at other hours. They also have a taco truck/trailer, but I'm not sure where they take that. Note : while my GF used a touch screen kiosk to order her food without problem, I couldn't find the vegetarian options shown on the printed and billboard-sized TV menus; the self-service ordering kiosk seemed very different from the menu. The place seemed clean in the time we spent waiting for our takeout, but the restroom seemed to be locked without anyone inside, and, since I only wanted to wash my hands, I didn't ask them if they kept it locked. Not crazy about the burrito, but would definitely come back for the quesadillas and tacos. Definitely want to try the other items on the menu. We stopped in here hoping for some downright authentic tacos. We are bias because we are of Latino heritage and have had tacos with tortillas made in house so our standards are high. They were disappointing at best, the pictures looked so promising but the taste fell short. It just didn't have that real authentic flavor. We got shrimp tacos, which by the way the shrimp are deeply fried to my moms disappointment. Second, the chicken in the empanada, my taco, and my husbands quesadilla lacked flavor. It honestly felt kind of watered down, like it needed a little spice or salt which is the last thing I want when eating some tacos. The guacamole was good. Overall, I spent $40 on two drinks, two tacos, guacamole with chips and a quesadilla. My mom spent about $15 on her 3 shrimp tacos. The service was fine, very nice people as well as the ambiance, nice restaurant with ample space, clean and many options. I was disappointed to see they didn't offer any chips and salsa while waiting for food lol Maybe the menu items we tried aren't their superstars, who knows, all I know is next time I'm in Allentown wanting tacos, I'll give another place a shot. read more

Was craving birria tacos and found this place. Was not disappointed. First of all their staff is incredibly kind and sweet. They were very helpful in suggesting things and even gave us the tongue to try. You read that right . It was so flavorful, though I can see if the texture wasn't universally loved. The tacos were delicious. I got it to go and sat at their tables outside so the birria liquid was in a separate container. I'll have to try it again and eat it there to see if it's more soaked when they serve it in store. They also have salsas available to taste which were all absolutely delicious. The peanut butter one actually has a great kick. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone. read more

Everything I've tried from here has been delicious so far, I honestly love it. My favorite thing to get so far have been the quesadillas (specifically the rib eye one), but the tacos are also great. They use freshly made corn tortillas that are out of this world. I tried a side I never had before called esquite....also fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Anyone who says the tacos are flavorless or bland are just plain wrong, they need to take their behinds back to Taco Bell where they belong. Only complaint is the side prices are a little high.
