Overall, the staff is friendly, the towels are usually well stocked, and they do a good job trying to keep things running smoothly. That said, there are a few ongoing issues that can make the experience frustrating, especially during peak hours in the mornings before work and around lunchtime when it gets extremely busy. One of the biggest problems is the limited number of vacuum and drying spaces. If it's crowded, you'll likely end up waiting or having to leave because there are no spots available. I've also had issues in the past with soap and water not dispensing properly during the wash. To their credit, I reported it to the service line and their team they did take action to address it, and it seems much better now. Just something to keep an eye on. Another odd issue is the pause in the wash line at the end. If the car ahead doesn't move immediately when the "GO" light comes on, the entire wash stop every few seconds. It really interrupts the flow and becomes noticeable when the line is long. Perhaps there is a way to calibrate the system, but could be out of their control for safety reasons. The vacuums and air nozzles can sometimes be hit or miss, and I've noticed damaged vacuum hoses here and there including some that don't work. However, whenever I've reported the issues, they've been pretty responsive about getting things repaired or fixed, which I appreciate. Overall, still a solid membership value and convenient location, but there's definitely room for improvement with maintenance and traffic flow during busy times.

But the last two visits with today being the worst I have ever seen. Both on the car wash side and the gas station side. Vacuum is not working second time in a month. Didn't pre-spray my car, and it was dirty from the last big windstorm, no receipt at the gas pump, went in and they basically ignore you unless you're speaking Spanish. I asked the guy for receipt. The pump wasn't working. His machine was out of paper so he couldn't give me a receipt so he's sitting there trying to change paper in the manager is just down there visiting talking to somebody else and after about three minutes he finally asked the manager. Can you get him a receipt? My machine is not working. He just handed me the receipt. No hey we're sorry or anything. I think I might be moving up the street to get my car washed and changing to a different gas station.

I signed up for a monthly membership in early February 2026, and by my second visit I was already dealing with damage to my vehicle. After going through the wash tunnel, I chose not to stop and vacuum. I drove straight home and parked in my garage. As I walked around my car, I noticed the plastic lining on top of my hood was hanging off on one side. I take pride in keeping my vehicle in excellent condition, and it was in perfect shape prior to this visit. It was immediately clear to me that one of the rollers in the car wash must have pulled it loose. I called Anthem's office right away and was told that because I had already left their property, they were no longer responsible for any damages. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager would not be available until the following morning. The next day, we went in person and spoke with the manager, Luis, who confirmed the same policy -- once the vehicle leaves their property, they are not liable for any damage. No effort was made to review cameras, or work toward a resolution. The customer service did not meet my expectations at all. I am sharing this to bring awareness to others: inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving their lot. If you notice anything after you leave, they will not take responsibility. Due to this experience, I have canceled my monthly subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. In my opinion, they do not deserve any stars.

Arturo and his wife came out spent around 5-6 hours on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner that has never been washed outside myself or a drive thru in the 7 years we've owned it. They did a fantastic job , the inside looks new , outside paint is like looking at ice , it's so clean I see off color touch up paint spots from the dealer I had forgotten about or never noticed. Roof of the car has black dots I couldn't remove for the life of me , now it's pure white and they added a coating. Every thing was smooth from first communication to finish. Price seemed fair from what I hear others pay and the fact the inside deals with a toddler daily and hadn't been cleaned like that in 7 years. Highly recommend this business!
