The bumps became deep, painful, and recurrent enough that I eventually had to see a dermatologist and receive medical treatment. I had purchased a package for Brazilian waxes, but stopped using the remaining services because the ingrown hairs and irritation were progressively getting worse after each appointment. I contacted the location several months ago and was refunded for the unused portion of the package, but not for the services that ultimately left me dealing with a painful skin condition, medical expenses, discomfort, stress, and scarring. I followed proper aftercare, tried their recommended products, stopped shaving/waxing, and used multiple methods to try to resolve the issue, but the condition continued. I understand that folliculitis and ingrown hairs can be a known risk of waxing and that reactions vary from person to person. However, I wish I had been better informed about the potential severity and persistence of these complications, especially for people with sensitive skin or those prone to ingrown hairs. I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and monitor symptoms early if they begin experiencing similar issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It is very expensive compared to most other med spas, however I have always had great service until they sold to it to a new owner. My last appointment was on December 13th at the new Herriman location at that appointment they tried to pressure me into doing more Botox units than I have ever done and in places I don't normally do, and I did it and left feeling annoyed and decided to cancel my membership and find a new place as there are a million med spas to choose from. It has now been 2 months since my appointment and my Botox has completely worn off. I have ALWAYS been able to go at least 4 months between appointments and it has NEVER worn off this fast. I feel like either I was given expired product or not as much as I paid for. Definitely make sure they show you the exact units they are injecting and if you don't want to pay over $12 a unit there's a lot of really great med spas that offer Botox for $9-$10 a unit and don't pressure you into to doing more or ask you to tip.
