There are a ton of flavors, which made it so hard to choose one. I decided to go with a tea, and the owner was super patient with me and gave me a few recommendations. I went with the pomberry tea, and it was delicious. It definitely had plenty of caffeine in it! They have 3 caffeine options, with energizing having the least, boosted having a medium amount, and lit being the most caffeinated. This is definitely going to become a regular spot for me; the variety of options and the pleasant staff makes me want to go back for more! It came with an açai base, peanut butter, berries, granola, banana, and chia seeds. The ingredients were all fresh, it tasted delicious and was incredibly satisfying. It filled me up and got me through my workday. Their bowls deliver well so no worries there. My bowl arrived at my door perfect and ready to eat. The goal was to get to the juice bar for breakfast but by the time I was done with errands it was 2pm. I decided to visit anyway. Inside, it's clean and cheerful looking with bright yellow walls. It has the look of a luncheonette with food on display behind the counters with glass dividers. It looked as though lunch was winding down. There was one man still seated at a table finishing his meal. Diners had their choice of a variety Ecuadorian chicken dishes as well as beef stew and roast pork. It looked as though they'd served up a great deal of pork at lunchtime but there was still some left. So I asked for pork with yellow rice and beans. I asked to try both the black and the pink beans. The young woman who served the food gave me huge portions. The cost came out to $15.12 but I knew I would be eating this large meal for days. When I brought my takeout order home, it smelled great. It tasted even better. It was a hearty and delicious meal. I managed to eat about half and was very full. I saved the rest for the next days lunch. Next time, I'd like to try a chicken dish. I hope that one of these days I'll get started early enough to actually show up for breakfast as I intended.

The atmosphere is inviting and homey which has several tables and wooden chairs to enjoy your crafted beverage(s). The walls are decorated with positive words and sayings. Free wifi too! On my recent visit, I decided on just a Peanut Butter Cup smoothie ($5.50), which had amazing flavors, yet refreshing and filling. I enjoyed my smoothie during my ride up to the Adirondacks for skiing.  I can't wait to stop in again to enjoy an energizing pomegranite green tea and an oatmeal raisin smoothie.
