I had an accident mid-year this year which resulted in needing one and one-half months treatments in physical therapy. I'd never had PT for anything before in my life so therefore had no real expectations. To try to make a long story short, I was amazed at the improvement I made with the guidance of Tori Lopez, the clinic manager. Results easily exceeded expectation both in pain reduction and final results in body movement. Tori gently led me while quickly adapting to any changes with me. I can't recommend her clinic enough!! I already had some cortisone injections and now was ready to begin to strengthen core and lower back muscles. Preston took plenty of time to talk with me and see exactly what and where my pain was. Began a treatment plan and have had several treatments with his team. Sophia, Blaire and Hanna have worked closely with me providing the correct instructions on my exercises. They are all very caring and give one on one attention, which other facilities don't always do. Another thing which I greatly appreciate is that they are always on time with their appointments. They respect my time as a patient, so I know when I will be finished and can plan other things with certainty. The therapy office and treatment areas are very clean and sanitized after each patient. So I started to search around to see who would be able to have my insurance cover it. Vista Physical Therapy in Alliance gave me a call back and let me know they accept my insurance and that it would be covered. So I signed up with them for twice a week with my $25 copay. I walked in one day at the beginning of February (One and a half months after starting with them) and saw a weird balance on my account. I got worried because, I am already on a tight budget with everything else as is. So before I went in, I had them look to see what that was. The woman at the front assured me it was a mistake on the address for the insurance company and that everything was covered and good. She told me to just make my copay payment. So sure enough, I went for another month without anything being said to me about it. I paid everytime I went in and have an emailed receipt for every visit. In March, I get a call. Apparently, my insurance never covered occupational therapy and only would cover physical therapy. So they told me my balance was over $3k. First off, I confirmed with them 4 different times to make sure it was covered. You don't sell someone on a $25 copay and then come back and go "oh by the way, it actually wasn't covered and its going to be over $100 per session". Thats the business' mistake and the appropriate thing to do would have been to say "Hey, we messed up. Thats on us but going forward this is what you would need to pay per session". I would have never spent over $1k a month on 2 times a week when I already owe thousands in other medical bills. I've already spoken to a medical lawyer. I am very appalled by the situation and the way they handled it. I would like to note that the only reason I have 2 stars is because my therapist, Tori, was great.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. I had to experience a few of his rants of him commenting in various topics and it revealed a pretty caustic and poor attitude. However, there are positives, he does spend a lot of time doing manual manipulation and massage, which is a plus. My experience of his abrasiveness is consistent with one of the other reviews. I've switched practices and am thankful to be in a more positive environment to continue my rehab.

Thank you to everyone, I will be happy to recommend Alliance Health Sports Medicine Center to others. My physical therapist was Dr. Tyler Fincher. Dr. Fincher is amazing! She figured out why my knees were hurting, helped me to understand what was happening, and then worked with me to correct the problem. Dr. Fincher was compassion, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Fincher was present, I felt as though she actually listened to my concerns and cared. She patiently worked with me to develop a plan to maintain my knee health. My knee pain is gone, and I have regained knee function. I am so very thankful!
