First, whoever is responsible for maintaining the pools and hot tub isn't doing the job well. Over the past few months, I haven't experienced clean water a single time. The hot tub rarely has more than a couple working jets, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The pool behind the hot tub, which is usually cold, is now covered with green stuff and mold, leaves, and other debris. It's not only unpleasant, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. No one should have to wonder whether the water is safe to swim or relax in. The rest of the facility isn't much better. The gym itself is frequently dirty, and it often feels like basic cleaning is being neglected. Equipment is also regularly out of service, with broken machines sitting for extended periods with notes on them before they're repaired. When you're paying for a membership, you expect equipment to work and the facility to be clean. Management needs to prioritize maintenance, cleanliness, and timely repairs. Right now, it feels like those basics are being ignored and I can't recommend this gym based on the conditions.

I couldn't do what I do without the regular massages from Kelly. It blows my mind that everyone doesn't get regularly massaged, like doesn't your body hurt?! Maybe some people have accepted a stiff, achey body, but you don't have to! If you think you can't afford it, I would argue that massage is preventative healthcare, keeping you healthier, more limber, and less likely to suffer from injuries and ailments down the road. This is a beautiful facility that is clean, has super nice equipment, and best of all - everyone was extremely welcoming and kind to us. The staff at the front desk made us feel very welcomed and we were given a tour as well when we got there. We started with using the open gym and had a great upper body workout. They have everything you need for a great pump! Full dumbbells, with benches and lots of machines as well for upper and lower body. They also have every time of workout class! Boxing, Reformer Pilates, HIIT, Cycle, etc. We then took a cycle class and Michele subbed for the class - she kicked our butts - music was so fun with a diverse mix of hip-hop, pop, and EDM. The choreo was challenging, and the leaderboard sprints were also fun to help push us more! If this gym were in SoCal, I'd look at becoming a member right away based on this experience. Thank you to Legacy for giving us an amazing "home away from home" gym experience. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.

However, there is a serious and ongoing issue with cleanliness and pests that can't be ignored. Multiple members have noticed and openly discussed cockroaches in both the gym area and bathroom stalls, as well as black widows in the lifting room. This isn't an isolated incident--it's something that has been consistently brought up among members. What's most frustrating is the lack of acknowledgment or visible action taken to address it. For a facility of this quality, basic sanitation and safety should be a top priority. Unfortunately, due to these concerns not being resolved, I ultimately had to cancel my membership. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because this gym has a lot of potential and I would genuinely love to return if improvements are made
