We have a Precor AMT 885 plus a few other gym equipments that needed to be assembled once we moved to our new home. Juan came highly recommended so I decided to give him a call. The Precor piece is an exceptionally complicated equipment to assemble and it requires a high amount of technical savviness to assemble the equipment. Juan and his team perfectly executed it and set up our gym beautifully. Throughout the engagement, Juan and his team remained professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.

if I can rate this company to Zero i will give them negative reviews.A technician name Juan Guevarra came to my house and diagnosed my eleptical machine and told me that i needed a new console so i gave him $140..i trusted im coz he seems nice and he came in with his son..Up to now i haven't got my elliptical fix..it's been a month..i normally don't give people or a company bad reviews and i called this company coz of the good reviews..but I'm greatly disappointed .they told me that i they don't want to deal with rude people like me and i told them i just need and an honest answer when will it get fix..now they said that they will just give $30 back coz the diagnosis of my machine coz $110..i don't mind paying this much and i do hope that they will give me back my $30 back..im just tired if waiting and their lies..they said they don't want to deal with me .. for God sake.a month waiting for them to show up and several times cancelling it ..i just ask them to give me a real date when they can fix it coz we all have things to do ..and still no answer..i became rude with them and they don't understand my frustrations and said they want ti deal with me..im not trying to ruin this company and the good reviews but this is my experience with them.. i don't mind losing $110 as a diagnosis fee and hopefully they will return my $30 as promised..when..i don't know..it's not about money..it's about being honest to customers like me..God bless..and hoping that this company or Juan will understand my frustrations and my anger..peace..Now 8//2022 @ 11 am this morning they said that my money $30won't be returned and all my communications with them will be sent to their lawyers and i will get sued..for real..for the pain suffering and worst service from your company..your treatening to suu me ..get lost..really read more

Quick and efficient!! Juan was polite and friendly and he fixed my NordicTrac so fast! It was a 3 hour window I had to keep open, but he called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away which I really appreciated. Once he got here, he got to working immediately and was finished within 20 minutes. Not only was he fast...but the machine feels and sounds better than when I first got it, so he really took care of it. I hope I don't have any more issues with my elliptical, but I am glad to know I have a reliable source to call if I need to. read more

This would cost $5-6,000 anywhere else and was such a good deal. On top of that, HUGE shoutout to Richard who notified me of what could and could not fit in my tiny Honda civic, for recommending me places to rent trucks cheaper to transport the heavier equipment, and finally for helping me load over 2,000 lbs worth of equipment onto my car. And that stuff was heavy, we were loading over 200+lbs at a time. He also did a great job in helping with the weight distribution so my car wasn't scraping the floor and he did a great job turning huge things around in my car to make it fit. Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day. Since I had equipment coming Tuesday, I kinda needed it fast. I asked if I needed to return the roll and Mike said nope, that's yours now. I'll replace it and give you a second roll for your trouble. I couldn't believe it! In this day and age, the customer service level was absolutely incredible. Mike, thank you so much, I got it all worked out and have the extra roll now. Honestly, I'm still dumbfounded how awesome this turned out.!!!

On Thursday January 12 I texted the phone number 1-909-519-9225 with a picture of my bike a diamond 1100 that need a new pedal that I order online that need to be fixed. They text me back and asked if they could come on Saturday January 14 between 12 and 2 pm. I text them back and they said it was confirmed. Nobody ever showed up and did not call me back. On Monday January 14 I got a text asking if I still wanted it done. I text back yes. Did not hear anything back. On Tuesday 1/17/2023 I text back to the number at 10 am and asked if they know someone in Chino Hills that could fix it the text me back and said the technician would be at my house in Chino Hills between 12 and 2 pm. I text them back and said ok that I would redo my schedule. So they did not show up between 12 and 2 pm. So no phone call or text to say they were sorry or anything. So if you want to wait around and not get your product fixed or a sorry then this is your place. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I also have screen shots of the text messages going between myself and the company. read more

Juan is the best. I use my treadmill to study for law school. But just in time for finals, it broke. I am so glad I paid for the extended warranty. Although I was given a little bit of hassle in trying to get replacement parts and a tech sent out, Juan (tech assigned to my repair job) called me shortly after I hung up with proform. Proform told me it would take weeks to get a tech out so I was pleasantly surprised when Juan called me so quickly. He instructed me to call him once I received all the new parts. The parts came in within several days. Juan came out the next day and repaired my treadmill. Juan was very nice and showed me a few things that I didn't know about my treadmill. Juan quickly repaired my machine. My treadmill is probably the most important thing in my life right now as I am getting ready to study for the bar. I GOT SCAMED. Dont use Juan or his company Up and Going or buy a service plan from UNIVERSAL TECHNICAL SERVICE or anybody affiliated with Icon Health and Fitness . I paid for a service plan in Aug 2018 and Juan called up within days to set up an appointment. He came out took my treadmill apart and left to get the part. He never repaired the treadmill. I talked to him once and he said the part was on back order and he never called me back. Tried calling him back several times left messages and he never returned my call. Fast forward November 2018 treadmill still sitting in my garage broken . read more

A very honest and compassionate man. I had an issue with an elliptical that had loud squeaking & asked ICON to send JUAN from Up And Going and within a week he arrived! He is like a magician because within minutes he identifies the problem and fixes it right away. He also gave me some tips on how to use some programs on my machine. Juan came today to fix our Nordic track treadmill. He was on time when he said he would be here. He was knowledgeable and fast. He had to replace the entire monitor (under warranty) and in less than an hour had everything back up and running. I would highly recommend up and going for your in home equipment needs. read more
