I'm seconding everything everyone here has said in their complaint about Bravo, movers. NIGHTMARE!…read moreDO NOT USE THEM! We moved in December 2022 and from the moment they showed up at our door it was a nightmare. After assuring us they would be available throughout the entire move to support us and help us with the process, the sales person, Joe, was completely unavailable the day of the move. The kids who showed up decided to charge us for packing services we had already paid for, as well as required us to pay thousands of dollars that we had never been told we would have to pay until receiving our stuff at the final destination. Of course, the total price was thousands of dollars more than they quoted us. When I did reach Joe a few days later, he acted as if he had no idea what was going on and told us he would look into it. I never heard from him again, and he never answered our phone calls after that. We contacted the main office and were told that we had to file an insurance claim in order to get paid back for the packing services that Joe admitted should have been included. When they did show up with our stuff at our destinations, it was clear they had very carelessly handled things. Both of our brand new electric bikes were damaged. We have pictures of how they threw them on top of 12 feet of furniture and boxes. Then we had to rent a U-Haul truck to get the stuff from the semi into our storage because the truck was way too big to obtain access. This is written into the contract, which we of course, found later, but it should've been made clear that this could've been part of the process. There were supposed to be two movers showing up to transfer the stuff from the semi to the U-Haul to the storage, but only one showed up so we helped even though we paid for two guys. We've filed an insurance claim, at the $.60 a pound we agreed to, which will not pay for any of the damages. It's well over a month later and we've heard nothing. Just don't do it, is my recommendation...

We are very disappointed in our choice of movers. When we initially called, the gentleman was very…read morehelpful and boasted about the company being a veteran company and the lead of each moving team is a veteran. (Not entirely sure that is accurate) Also let us know they cover any damages that may occur. When we asked for a time estimate to move out of our 4 bedroom house into a storage unit, they gave us an estimate of 6 hours with 3 movers. We were satisfied with that and had them come out. It took them over 11 hours to move us out of our house. Keep in mind, we were packed. We moved all of our boxes into the garage before they arrived, hoping to speed things up. All they had to move out and through the house was the furniture and pull boxes from the garage. Two guys of the moving team worked hard consistently and knew what they were doing. The third man mostly stayed in the garage and moved slower than Christmas. It took him almost the whole day just to move the boxes. Our garage was not THAT full. My husband and I could have busted those out in an hour or two. I was really unhappy about the move out ALONE costing me over $1100, but everything went pretty smoothly. A few weeks later we had to hire them again to move into my new house. We "rented" their moving blankets so we didn't have much of a choice or they would have charged us $800 for the blankets (paid as a deposit when paying the move out fee). $800 being an absolutely absurd number when moving blankets are stupid cheap. The same two main guys moved us back in plus a different third guy. We had already moved most of our boxes in so only the furniture and some other items had to be moved by them. The move in process went by much faster and all 3 guys worked quickly. As happens in moves sometimes, things were damaged. The drawer under our washer was damaged and bent out from improper positioning on a dolly. I pointed it out and said they didn't know how it happened. I'm not that concerned about that particular thing, so I let it go. Then, they put our breakfast table back together. They used the wrong bolts and ended up screwing through the top of my table. The man put it back together correctly and profusely apologized and said his boss would be by to pick it up to try to repair it. If he couldn't repair it, he would replace the table. We have called, texted, and/or emailed daily since we moved on 4/5. Every time we are told "Chris will call you back" or "he's getting replacement cost quotes from Ashley" or "he will call you back tonight" and we never hear a dang thing. I'm disgusted that someone that promotes their business as an honorable, veteran-owned business.

Service: Local Apartment Move, Furniture Disassemble and Re-assemble…read more Apartment Type: 1b1b (approxiate 3 person's belongings) Move Distance: approximate 11 miles Time Spent: approximate 4.5 hours Cost: $800 - $1000 I would recommend this moving company, as they are professional, responsive, careful, efficient, flexible, well organized during the move process and coordination. I am very impressed by their first responding email, which is well organized and informative, listing all the info I need to know about my upcoming move project, including the preparation, the move process, service scope, the charge rate (and the detail how they charge), the cost estimate, insurance cover and other XYZ, which makes me believe they are very professional and choose them. The coordination process is agreeable and efficient (thank you, Danah!), and the movers are really professional and efficient: Dustin and Anthony from Garland location arrived on time, provided an accurate cost estimate per hours it takes to accomplish the move (and they actually finished the job early). During the move process, they are efficient and gentle (to carry and place my belongings), carefully wrap and protect my furniture, and they help me to disassemble my huge bed frame (and reassemble) which I have trouble with, and coordinate with me in a very professional and decent approach. All in all, I'm very satisfied with their service, and I'll hire them for my next move.

This was my third time using their service to move a 1B1B apartment. The first two times went fine…read more-- each took about 3 to 3.5 hours, and that's why I trusted them again. But this time? Total disaster. They charged me almost 8 HOURS for the exact same size move. From 9 AM to 4:45 PM -- are you kidding me? They didn't even start moving until around 9:20 or 9:30, and then moved like they were taking a casual stroll in the park. I asked them why this time was so ridiculously slow compared to the last two. Their excuse? "No elevator" at my old place and "your stuff is in small boxes and bags." That is complete nonsense. My new place has an elevator, and I used larger boxes this time to make it easier -- unlike the last move where neither location had elevators. And yet, that move only took 3.5 hours. There is no possible reason this one should take nearly EIGHT HOURS unless you're deliberately dragging your feet. And get this -- I even helped them move! I literally carried stuff myself while they moved slowly and inefficiently. When I brought this up to their supervisor, instead of acknowledging the poor service, he blamed me and said I had "too many things." Give me a break. It's a 1B1B -- and you guys have moved it twice before in half the time! I even attached a photo comparing the invoices from both moves -- one was 3.5 hours, this one nearly 8. Their supervisor had the audacity to say he'd refund me for 1 hour if I didn't leave a bad review -- that tells you everything you need to know. He knew it was shady but just wanted to shut me up. Avoid Leader Movers at all costs. They've clearly gotten lazy and greedy -- working slow just to pad the bill while pretending everything is normal. I'm furious and disappointed. Never again.
