For well over a year, I have been a loyal customer, visiting the store primarily on Mondays to take advantage of the advertised 20% military discount. Every single time, I have presented my USAA ID card as proof of my family's military affiliation and have received the discount without any issue whatsoever. Today, October 20, 2025, the staff refused to honor the discount, stating they now require a DD-214 form. This is completely unacceptable. My USAA ID clearly demonstrates my connection to the U.S. military. Both of my parents served in the U.S. Army, and my father is a Purple Heart recipient. To suddenly deny a discount to a customer who has been recognized as military-affiliated for over a year is nothing short of a slap in the face and a total disrespect to my family's service. It's one thing to have a policy, but it's another entirely to abruptly change it with no notice and treat a loyal, year-long customer with such disregard. Your actions today made me feel unhappy and quite disturbed. You have lost a loyal customer over a petty and poorly handled policy change. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly urge others in the military community to do the same.
